Because a complaint was lodged about a CNA putting a patient to bed in dirty pajamas the facility will not allow this resident to return to the facility for short term rehab. What a disgrace!!!!
Thrives still a 80 year old boat from my father valued at $1600
So grateful for the care my Father is receiving at Preston. Amazing Nurses, CNA s, Rehab therapists, Maintenance staff, Dining Staff, Nutrition staff and Administrative staff. We are beyond blessed by the Jenner s Pond community!
The worst place ever
My mother in law has fallen so many times
One fall was serious where we didn t know if she was going to live
They are so unorganized
Had a app today to see the doctor they said oh it was last week
I checked my messages it was today
Very rude there to
The nurse at the independent living is a trouble maker & lies all the time
She was so rude she said that Jenner s pond is so money hungry
Her name is Nadine
Don t take your loved ones there
Working at Jenner s Pond has been a journey for myself. When working in the kitchen with such a great team & superb management I always felt as my opinion mattered & felt as if I played a key role to our teams success. With having such an exceptional Executive Chef Martin I would not be who I am today.
After my parents died, their 2-bedroom cottage at Jenners Pond was not sold for close to 2 years. Once sold, Jenners Pond did not send the estate the proceeds for another 2 months. When the proceeds were sent, the refurbishing cost was shown as $10,268. The refurbishing cost was broken down by Jenners Pond as follows: Paint Material $702; Paint Labor $6,056; and Flooring $3,510. The cost to repaint especially surprised us because my parents had never even hung any pictures in the cottage. After 4 months of repeated requests to further break down these numbers, we were finally told that it was not Jenners Pond's policy to break down the refurbishing numbers. Be aware of these issues before you sign a contract.
I went to visit my friend who was rehabbing awhile back at Jenner's Pond. She came from the hospital a couple days earlier. The room she was in was so cold and the thermostat didn't work. When we spoke to the Director of Nursing about it. Her name is Nadine. She was very rude. She told us "You get what you paid for". I also spoke with another lady who was visiting her neighbor. She told me that her neighbor had been left on the toilet in the shower room by a caregiver. Her neighbor fell and was on the ground for hours. And the caregiver forgot and went home. Months later that same girl who left her on the toilet was still working there. Once again the Director of Nursing, Nadine did nothing.
