It appears that they only hire one type of person, as I see no people of color or people of different sizes that work there. They should work on being more body positive and encourage more diversity.

It should be called Columbia DOESN'T care. This place is a joke, just like the people behind the front desk who don't ever know what's going on with the schedules. They'll ask you how often you want to come in, but they won't listen to you and schedule according to what they think is right. And if they need to reschedule you, no problem, they just will, and they'll let you drive all the way there just to tell you that your appointment has been rescheduled. Not just 1 time either ;)
Im renting a decent apartment in a Se Portland going on 3 years at a affordable price.No bugs,super fast repairs if needed.But they do nothing if the people next door steal your car on video, do drugs in the parking lot,sent several emails to Columbia care requesting they would do something about the guy that brakes into cars that lives in our complex.And was promised they would take care of it but 3 months later and the thief is still here.There conduct is professional and responses to my questions are met with a prompt reply.due to covid19 epidemic i understand taking care of these problems is a low priority. Lets hope they remember and review the situation.
Treat us with respect and are helpful I am amazed at some of the staff I have meet made my son feel he worth it and we really like the staff there .
Treats clients with zero dignity. Takes the stresses of the job out on the disabled. Expects you, the client, to say "yes (sir) (ma'am)" to everything or will be reported as aggressive behavior. Totally Nurse Ratchet.
