Rude staff....waited 20min for someone to help us...he were to buzy talking about his night out to another staff member

Airport West JB hi-fi have a large range of electrical and miscellaneous products. The staff are amazing, each and every time I have been in store they've been very helpful from finding the right product for me to setting up my phone! Keep up the fantastic work!

I enjoy many of the movies and want more of the wonderful Classics

Had a frustrating experience with the staff here. Asked to look at dashcams and the staff member showed me the cabinet then walked away. I spent the next 10 minutes trying to find him again, or another staff member, to actually help me.

I bought a hp laptop from here today but when I enquired few things in which I specially asked about the CD drive that whether the laptop contains it or not and that sales guy checked and told me that yes it does but when I came home and checked it doesn't have any CD drive at all and the thing is it is one of the major feature of a laptop and that guy misguided me totally on this thing. So I have to say poor staff with poor knowledge.

I had my worst experience ever. The staff seemed friendly, but fake. She was selling me a phone plan, as I needed to purchase a phone for my son's birthday. A credit check was done, all went good and she offered me a phone and plan. I signed the contract, but because they were closing they told me to come back tomorrow to get the phone. The next day I receive a call asking for my lease agreement! And more proof of ID!! And then I was told there is a system issue... everything was delayed. A non-skilled and bad mannered manager calls me saying that it was a Telstra problem and will take 48 hours more. I ended up going to Optus, and in less than 30 minutes I was given with a better deal, new phone and plan and a much better customer experience. I am still waiting for JBHiFi to call me. Such a bad store, incompetent staff, lack of knowledge and customer service, no customer care at all. I will never buy from JB HiFi Airport West, ever again. No wonder the retail undustries keep closing down.

It's JB. Service is slack to non-existent unless you hang around the iphone stand!

Good selection of electronics, appliances, console games and DVDs.

Actually very helpful & didn't make a big deal about price matching like other stores. Definitely worth the extra drive

Extremely Poor service, was there to speed 3k on tv brought it on line for $400 dollars cheaper, was happy to pay more but the guys there couldn't care less

Fantastic service: I had a small problem with a defective camera I bought at JB Hi-Fi in Perth. I walked in, explained what the trouble was, 5 minutes later I walked out with a replacement device. This is what customer service has to look like! Awesome!

Always happy with the good deals I find at this store. I have purchased many items here on multiple visits and always found the store welcoming and well stocked.

Many different specials can be found week to week so a regular visit reveals bargins. I purchased a $700 360 camera here for less than $200.

Good location in the centre of the shopping centre with plenty of parking.

Absolutely thankful for the service offered me by the two staff at Airport West Westfield. Two girls by the same name. Was looked after quickly and efficiently without a grimace or an eye roll.
The item in question was replaced but with a newer better model. Thank you for the extended warranty cover that was suggested to me on my initial purchase. Well worth the amount.
The store is well stocked and well laid out. Obviously has good management and caring staff. Have gained mine and my friends loyalty

Absolutely ignorant and no help, mature male worker was standing playing on his phone I asked for advice and he was not interested in helping and rude and just walked away without saying a word.

I purchased a phone from JB Saturday at 4.50pm.
Closing time.
Nick ( I think manager) stayed back to complete the transaction and mobile phone plan.
My phone was having an issue with call restrictions/teltra provider.

Telstra were not helpful and I left the store with a phone still unable to make calls.

A quick visit to JB and Nick and Nathan were able to sort my tech issue.
Both very polite and the issue took some detective work/tech skills on their part.

This is a smaller JB than most. The staff are very friendly but the range of products is a bit lacking. They have all the basics, but if you're searching for something very specific I'd check the stock online before you go to the store.

Not the largest of stores but a wide range of products none the less all crammed into the limited space. A great place for tech, dvds and music but know your pricing before you go in. The store is keen to match competitors pricing but not to lead the pack with low pricing. Current push to capture your mobile number so they can 'send a copy of the receipt' is a great way to build up their contact database but one I won't subscribe to.

The staff is very nice they give good advice and I bought some things at a good price

A Regular customer, but had to chase up floor staff and wait about 15 mins overall. When Staff arrived, very helpful, counter staff took a call while making a payment.

Ok pricing, but make sure you know what you want especially on big ticket items, as these sometimes may look like a bargain but overpriced.

Bought 2 dvds and inquired about another. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Well the sales person was so good and helpful unlike the person the week before who could not be bothered answering my queries re tablets and using them to take photos. His response. ...buy a camera.told him i already had one. So rude

Made a promise that if I were to do a refund on card it would the money would be back on my card on the same day... I am still waiting for my money back a week later. Very unimpressed!

Big choice of electronics. Not too bugged by 'helpful' staff as you wander. A lot harder to find real bargains these days. Good idea to compare prices by phone before committing.

I just purchased this Samsung curved 24 inch monitor from JB Hi-Fi. On sale for $200, a little negotiation and got it down to $149.

Good store, a little busy, however, Great service by Johnno yesterday! he and the counter staff assisted me with some security system questions. He also gave me a rundown on the product differences, bothered to take them down from the stock shelf and most of all spent the time with me-that's traditional customer service! Thank you.

They had CD and DVD sale l went to buy $100+ of CD's and DVD's and they tell me that you don't get the sale price on the 2 together. So l brought nothing, if l was selling the stuff l would be more interested in a sale than some hypocritcal rule

Maybe I got lucky but the young lady who helped me with my garmin was just next level. I hope she reads this and remembers, because I will and will shop at this rebel again because of her commitment to customer service.

Busy and they need more staff to assist customers on the shop floor

The customer service at the check out is absolutely disgraceful. I had a lady asked for my number to confirm the order. Then as I said it she says I mumbled it then didn t even ask me to repeat it. Then she mumbles to a co worker he just mumbled it as I m waking out the store. Considering I had been waiting 3 months for my product and spending a few thousand on iPad and other stuff. The least you could do is be a little bit more polite and be professional in your customer service. never going to this store again. I think Because they wear casual that it s not meant to be a customer orientated service.

DISGUSTING behaviour from the 'Manager' of this store.
I took my elderly parents here as my Mother desired a smart watch.
A staff member who was already serving someone else 'disturbed' the Manager from a casual conversation he was having, to assist her, and he was visibly annoyed at being asked to help.
I didn't hear what he said, but he didn't help my Mother at all, and he then left abruptly in an agitated state, leaving my Mother visibility shocked, and close to tears.
NONE of our family or relatives will EVER shop here again.
Go to Hell.
