Absolutely terrible store. No stock. No assistance. Untidy. I should be able to go to a Coles in the middle of the city and find basic ingredients such as basil and chicken mince. Worst grocery store of any company I ve been to.
I went to Coles to buy some fruit. I picked up a honeydew melon and it was rotten. There was a black, mouldy section at one end about 4 cmtr wide. It was disgusting! I bought a packet of kiwi fruit instead. When I got home and opened it up, the kiwi were small, hard and wrinkly. They looked like they were 2 years old. Although handy to have Coles in the Myer Centre, I will never buy any fruit from there again.
Slightly smaller store, however still has great stock and friendly, helpful staff. Recommend coming here if you need to pick up a few things and you are in the area.
Very expensive. Refused to match Coles promotions advertised online, even if the purchase is for a fundraising event.
Has higher prices than other supermarkets in the inner suburbs. Not the biggest selection, especially in the fruit and veg. Has everything you need, but not everything you may want. Staff seem friendly though
Perfect location, busy, well staffed, friendly experience.
I don t feel safe shopping here anymore. Last April 26, before going here, I asked the security officer where I can place or deposit my 1 full bag of shopped items from outside stores so I can claim it after paying my groceries. He told me to place it temporarily at the side of the counter. I thought no one would take it accidentally since the officer is strictly guarding the entrance. I also checked my bag one time before paying my groceries. When I asked the officer to pick it up, it s gone. Within just 2 minutes it s gone. The officer told me he might knew who took it because there was someone who exited in the entrance area whom he shouted at but he let go eventually because that person ignored him. The assigned cashiers told me they will check the cctv. Feeling in shocked for what happened to me, they told me to wait. I waited for 30min and all I want to do is go home because I don t feel comfortable and safe anymore. I asked if I can talk to manager to know what s gonna happen next so I can go home but was told that he is not in. When they got back to me, they said they saw the man who stole my bag and they got my phone number and name, so their manager can reach out to me the next day. It s been 8 days and I heard nothing back. I don t really expect that they give me something to compensate my lost bag but I expected at least an apology. Anyway, like I said, I don t feel safe anymore shopping here. Thanks.
Got all items i was looking for at discounted prices
Good Coles with nice staff and loads of fresh fruit and vegtables. Clean store overall and very tidy.
Very easy place to shop at pleasant and friendly staff
Looking a little dates these days outside looks nice
Convinient location, good stock varatie, reasonable prices
Small relatively to other stores. On the go it's fine. But there are some things that you can't find
Good range for a small, CBD supermarket. The new checkout setup is a winner, cut the queue almost entirely.
Everything in groceries needed is available at this Coles express. Good quality fruit at reasonable prices.
Great place to get in a quick shop, or cater for morning tea
Bad quality fruit, veg and meat. Staff at service desk really rude too. You are better to go to Woollies at McArthur.
It's very big. Lot of different stuffs. Prices are great as well.
Great for a quick stop in , Full express pick up those needed essentials ,
This Coles place is relatively small, so only shopping baskets are available for customers
Very handy to get some of your top up groceries while in Brusbane city.
Huge central market with fair prices located inside the Myer Center.
Really good and convenient but need to be able to access all brochure specials to be fully functional.
This store is exempt from any catalog specials. Staff were rude and did not explain this to me. What a scam.
Why can't you let people know your hours for Good Friday on Google Map?
Tiny and cramped, but most essentials can be found easily.
You will get here whatever you need in rather reasonable prices. No complaints. Visited several times during our stay and always ok.
Came up from the sunshine coast for the Easter weekend went into your store for some groceries, didn't like your shop to cramped, a big shop put into a small space, could do with some renovation
A nice, quick stop when you are in the city and needing to grab something quick on your way home. Conveniently located just a floor above the Queen Street Mall bus station.
Practical, there is everything, very pleasant staff.
No specials and promotional items, banana was 4.50 other 4 dollars.
No discount in compare with other coles supermarkets
Highly recommend good specials yummy lunch items friendly staff clean neat tidy well managed store cheers Lynda Clark hairdresser Parli Barbershop Adelaide St Brisbane
Doesn't offer fresh fruits and vegetables compared to Woolworths.
Feels less organized compared to other Coles stores.
Many occasions came empty hand due to not getting items on rack. They don't refill stock on time. Like breads.
Please give Ellen the shift sup a raise she was so helpful when I needed to return an item.
Most terrible store ever I have seen .expensive bad groceries selection, bad many Custemer misleading promotions prices. Mike sure they don't trick u with the Big red tickets , they write the sane original price .
I have a lot of interesting things to sell, I think it s not bad. I heard that there will be more discounts on Wednesday and Thursday.
Not much different from suburban coles in term of products layout n i do like lot of self check machines
Handy location and heaps of self check out counters for quick shopping in and out
Fast efficient staff
Good prices n specials
Great shop but its small and crowded. Can be extremely hard to get through the isles when the staff are trying to restock. Always seems to be restock time when its busy though. Some of the staff are great but I have encountered some rude staff (but I guess we all have bad days).
Love this Coles. So central. Squishy, squashy but fun to shop in. Nice staff too.
We have everything from food to everyday items. There are almost no side dishes like in Japan, but there are ready-made chilled and refrigerated items.
There are self-service cashiers and self-service cashiers. The self-checkout machine just puts the basket, scans and pays, no special operation is required. You don't need my bag because you can get a bag.
Very poor store, produce is not good, Bagley after lunch time the bread is stale. Staff not very friendly and shop layout is not good as isles are very narrow. Entrance is poor as very narrow and congests all in coming and outgoing customers
Alright for a quick stop, but the range of items for sale is small compared to other Coles.
I like going into this Coles because it seems to have more sales with fresh produce and a larger variety than the Woolworths in Spring Hill. Also, because there are so many people, I assume the food is fresher because of the assumed higher turnover. It's in a convenient location so when I am wandering around Queen Street Mall, it's somewhere I can pop in and with it's many rows of self check-out, it more than fulfills my needs :)
