I had my worst experience ever. The staff seemed friendly, but fake. She was selling me a phone plan, as I needed to purchase a phone for my son's birthday. A credit check was done, all went good and she offered me a phone and plan. I signed the contract, but because they were closing they told me to come back tomorrow to get the phone. The next day I receive a call asking for my lease agreement! And more proof of ID!! And then I was told there is a system issue... everything was delayed. A non-skilled and bad mannered manager calls me saying that it was a Telstra problem and will take 48 hours more. I ended up going to Optus, and in less than 30 minutes I was given with a better deal, new phone and plan and a much better customer experience. I am still waiting for JBHiFi to call me. Such a bad store, incompetent staff, lack of knowledge and customer service, no customer care at all. I will never buy from JB HiFi Airport West, ever again. No wonder the retail undustries keep closing down.
