I just bought a 55 inch 4K Tv. The sales man had a flu but was patient and knowledgeable enough to help me with my decision to buy a good Gaming TV.

The 2 stars are for the Security check at the entrance. They stopped my wife for security check and asked her to open her baby accessory bag. Seriously JB HF you except mother's with a month old to pick up stuff. She already has enough in her hands then to go shoplifting in an electronic store. I also had a similar experience at another branch. I only came here coz Harvey Norman branch at my place had a power outage. I bet all your stuff is security tagged with RFID detection then why would you search your customers. I would always avoid JB HF and would recommend the same to my friends, based on my experience with them so far.

Advice: Respect your customers...

Couldn't get any service from the floor for about...

Couldn't get any service from the floor for about 7-10 mins. The cashiers couldn't help and kept on asking for desk service, in the end as no one came, I decided to leave. This all happened in the afternoon.

I'm very happy that i found the after market handsfree audio car kit at J B Hifi in Airport West shopping centre. The staffs were helpful and friendly to recommend me this device. It works nearly the same as the genuine car bluetooth kit.

I always like this location. Staff are good, friendly and knowledgeable. Stock levels are good. I recently price matched a close competitors price with no issue. I'm a JB Hi-Fi fan and I think this is a good one.

Three days ago I purchased Norton Security Premium...

Three days ago I purchased Norton Security Premium for 2 devices for $78 because the software for 1 device wasn't in stock. That's fine. A staff member said they could give me a promo pack for 5 devices for $69 and I said no and I'd get the one for 2 devices as it had a cash back sticker of $20 on the front and that would work out cheaper and the staff member was like fair enough.
I get home and install Norton and read the cash back sticker to see how to claim the money back and read that it had expired last year! I was less than impressed. Would've been nice to be told it had expired or for someone to had pulled the stickers off the boxes when they were no longer valid.
And now I've checked your website and the same product I purchased is $44 full price? What's going on?

I came in here on Saturday hoping to talk about a new mobile phone plan and stood waiting for 30 minutes before I walked out. The staff where friendly but having only one person on trained to deal with new phone plans?!?!?!?

Usual JBHIFI range. Easy parking with short walk through the centre.

What makes this store special is Bek. She is kind, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Great service at all times. Now I attend the store with an idea and just follow her recommendation. Saves me research time and I end up with great product at great price. Bek keeps me coming back.

Was looking to find a new mobile telephone and was trying out the selection when I was electrocuted by one of the phones! The staff didn't believe me and thought I was just after compensation money. Very disappointing.

Been in here several times where the staff didn't make themselves available and were mainly chatting to each other. Not to mention whenever I go to look at the price of something they always write down prices way higher than what it says on their website. As i've seen this on several occasions I don't think that it is just a mistake. Look out guys

Very Poor experience. Been buying from JB Hi-Fi since the 1980's, but today was the worst experience in all those years.
I've bought thousands of dollars worth of goods from this store over time, but I won't be shopping there again after the bad service I got from the salesperson.
They did not appear to be interested, couldn't tell me anything about the product and barely said two words to me. Refused to do a deal on the ticketed price, just basically indicated 'take it or leave it'.
I'll be avoiding this store from now on. DFO, Watergardens, Broadmeadows and Epping JB HiFi stores are all close by.
Guess where I won't be going when I need to spend a few grand on a new TV?

Notebook range is about 40% - 60% more expensive than what they should be. Cables are 400% more expensive, computer software like antivirus are over 2000% more expensive. I really dont understand why people still shop here. Maybe the products i dont need are priced more appropriately . . .
Great place to get ripped off.
Great place to save money if you have no idea whatsoever . . .

Very frustrating and bad experience at this store....

Very frustrating and bad experience at this store. I went to this store to buy a camera and one of the sales person asked me to wait at the counter as he was looking after another customer. After waiting patiently for about 20 min he finished with the customer, but instead of attending me he went to another customer who entered the store just 2 min ago.

Disrespectful staff always on their phone (once I was speaking to a sales person and he continued to message on social media! What kind of service is that!) and one even have swore in general conversation which I found strange. I then witnessed one sales person trying to rip off an elderly man which was the turning of me coming back. I hope to never have to step foot in this jb ever again

I ordered a Dyson vacuum online which I couldn t find anywhere. They didn t end up having it in stock so the they got one shipped from Hobart. They updated me on everything that was happening and did anything that they could to make me happy. What a great staff!

Great selection despite being smaller than your typical JB. Super friendly staff. I bought a TV here, recently, and got frank, sincere advice from a knowledgeable salesman. Very happy with the purchase!

Very unfriendly staff, it is assumed you are stealing but the security guard always hassles the least likely or 'easy targets'. There is a real elitists culture in this store but I cannot see why. Go online.
