I'm a vendor and have been working with Jaypore for 3 yrs. I must say I've never dealt with a more honest and professional lot. It's a pleasure working with Shilpa and team.

V V slow delivery. Already late two weeks beyond scheduled date of delivery. This seems to be a persistent problem.

Some of the products are just not worth the money that we are paying for them. Other times, the vendors are unable to honor the delivery dates.
It's quite a mixed bag. They need to be more stringent about whose products they are curating . By and large, the priced are way off the mark

Jaypore products are extremely below standard.The fabric of the products is faded and of very poor quality.Was a very bad experience will NEVER order again!!

JAYPORE is a cheat- both for sellers and buyers. First, they charge 40% commission of sales from sellers. Which obviously goes from customer's pocket. Sellers will not sell it at a loss. Buyers you are better off dealing directly with the vendors. Note the company name under each product and contact the sellers directly. You will get it at 40% less.

Now for sellers, they do not give the payments at all that they receive from the customer. Not even 60% of the committed amount that was signed in the contract.

To us, Sohum Sutras, they have cheated too. The product was given to them on 14th February. Much before the lockdown.
Then they gave the excuse of lockdown. Then one or the other excuse and now their office staff has adopted an attitude of "do what you can do." We are today 22June- more than 4 months.
No wonder the company is in losses. It has been sold to Aditya Birla group but this group is another cheat group.
BEWARE of Jaypore. It is a group of cheats.

Absolutely slow! They do not honor their committed dispatch timelines, it's very frustrating. They charge premium prices, must also provide premium service.

Watch out for their regular sale offers on Jaypore . Com. There are some real good stuffs available at a damn cool price. Especially the ethinic dresses and jewellery. While they also sell stuffs for men but main focus is women fashion segment in ethinic. They do sell art and crafts from various part's of the country. Moreover they accept all credit cards and cash on delivery and pay by card on delivery too. They have recently opened their store in Ghitorini. They have return policy also but please read the Terms and conditions too on that.
The Corporate head office of Jaypore. Com the ethnic fashion entailer is located in Okhla, earlier they were located on n western Marg at Saidulajab near Saket. Company is professionally manged with great bunch of talented people which includes designers, purchase, marketing and Brand Managers. I have always found the employees to be happy cheerful and motivated. Nearest Metro station is Govind puri metro station. They also maintain a warehouse in the same building. However parking can be a issue but if one is ok to park in open and in the roadside then it should not be a challenge.

No retail store to physically see and feel the items you purchase
So buy only if you are 100 percent sure you will like the product on line

Very happy with items I've purchased, which is good because their return process is a challenge. Sometimes it takes awhile for items to ship as they come from a third party, but the timeline is true to what is in the item description.

They take ages and ages to if there is any exchange or to deliver an order

The products are good but some of their vendor partners are bad merchants. Often times the "COD" option is not honored by the vendors . Then the vendors ( 60% occurrences ) delivered the products in 12-13 weeks instead of 2-3 weeks. Then there are other vendors who delivered the products in 3-4 days.

Quality of the product is not matching the price charges. A 1220 INR worth Kurta was stitched in a hurry by some roadside tailor with label not in place & buttons loose & no proper fitting. Also they did not remove the markings from the cloth. First & Last buy for me.

Their collection is beautiful although on the expensive side. However never really got to use their products despite ordering and paying cause their shipment never reached on time. The first time i order an earring. I was aware of the lead time for.jewellery still i ordered well in advance for a wedding. The earrings never reached me on time and finally reached a month later !! I had given up on following it up with them. I returned it. The second time around I got an email saying my order will be delivered within 3 business days. It's been more than a week and no update. Only upon calling their customer care i get an update saying we had some system update , blah blah. And this wasn't even communicated. Hence this is probably the last time am ever ordering with Jaypore.

Excellent range of products and sublime quality. Love my new kurta and Nehru jacket!
