Fantastic shows without Broadway prices. Don't miss this experience, you will never be disappointed. Only discovered them 5 years ago event thought they're on their 53rd year. Wish I knew about them sooner. 6 shows every season, nice , interesting mix. Only downside is not much to do after the show, absolutely no late restaurants, bars , coffee shops nearby.
I perform with Freestyle Repertory Theater at Gallery Players for our monthly shows there and it's a great space for performing. For the audience, it's a great space to watch shows in an intimate environment where you can clearly see the stage no matter your vantage point.
Nice people, good productions; they foster a wonderful artistic community.
Great show. I went in February and enjoyed it. The setting of the scenes was breathtaking.

Excellent Revival off off Broadway Brooklyn theater. Inexpensive creative reproductions of classics modern and Shakespeare. Handicap accessible elevator entrance around the corner. Staff was very accommodating. Definitely recommended for creativity and talent at a very affordable price.
Excellent theater, I liked the facilities, very welcoming. They have a small waiting room as well as their cafeteria.
This is local theater at it's best. The theater is very intimate and it's a great value for the money!! They have a mission to support children in the arts and try to raise money to send kids from PS124 to a week long summer camp they run. Great organization!!
Fantastic theater showing off-off-broadway productions of contemporary plays since 1967. Intimate setting means you re really part of the action.
I love this theater! Some shows are better than others, but all of it is a wonderful opportunity to see local theater at an affordable price!

Really great neighborhood theater with quite a range of productions! Run for Your Wife was brilliant and Evita is on the Spring program.
First visit to the Gallery Players and what a positive experience it was. "Chess" is a strong story with incredibly beautiful music that deserves to be out there more than it has been. The Gallery Players were extraordinary and their performances were flawless. Kudos all around!

Small / intimate but not cramped theater space. Good view from any seat. The lighting and live music were very professionally done. Talented cast but weird choice of shows.
We saw "Cat On A Hot Tin Roof" Oct 27 and what a wonderful surprise. The acting was top notch, the venue intimate and the location was just 3 blocks from the subway station at 4th Ave. While in New York we also saw "The Rose Tattoo" and "Come From Away" and we didn't enjoy them near as much. Go see!!! You won't be disappointed. It's a bargain for only $25.
