Was able to do just about all of my trade deal by email with some of the most courteous sales staff ever. Emily and Chelsea were especially attentive,making sure my negotiation offers were followed thru all the way up to making my trip in person. Once at the dealership I was met by Tony with many years of experience and extremely helpful speeding the final process along. At no time did I feel pressured but was offered several additional products and warranties during the final paper work that could be beneficial to those wanting them.

We had a great experience buying a new Honda CRV at Jay Wolfe. Our salesperson, Diane, was responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and patient with our questions. She also explained two of the three 'extra protection' programs we would be asked to purchase by the business manager BEFORE we met with the business manager. The business manager then asked us to purchase a third protection package when we did the paperwork. We did not purchase any of them as they were pricey and we did not have time to research them properly before making the commitment. When we need another Honda, we will return to JW and Diane to make the purchase.

I brought my car in to have the warranty paint redone. Honda agreed to cover some of it but not all of the spots that looked bad. Chris at the auto body shop got with someone else with the dealership and together they argued on my behalf that these other spots needed to be covered. They got Honda to cover the bad paint, even on spots that they were not going to originally cover. They did an amazing job on my car! I would definitely recommend this dealership and service center to anyone! Thank you so much for the great, stress free experience!
Not my play favorite place to have my car work done. But they were polite. It was a recall. Will not take my car there for regular service. Takes too long. Appointment does not matter. It just takes really long time at your car serviced. Thinking about buying a new car will not do it there because of their service department.

We purchased a Honda at a different dealership a week before visiting Jay Wolfe Honda. We did not have a very good experience at the other dealership. Love my Honda but not that experience. The experience at Jay Wolfe Honda was amazing. Fast, friendly, professional, and most importantly they wanted our business and they earned our business. The salesman, sales manager, finance manager all made us feel like highly valued customers even though we were first time buyers there. So much so they will be my go to dealership for service on my other Honda I just purchased elsewhere. I truly wish we had gone to Jay Wolf Honda first. I would have gladly made both purchases there and I would have been much happier and most likely ended up with a better deal. They were very fair on our trade-in and they made sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted. The selection is great and each person we interacted with made the experience wonderful.
We love our two brand new Honda vehicles but the dealership you choose really does make a difference. Jay Wolfe has earned a life long customer and I recommend them highly to family and friends. If you are in Kansas City they are just about right in the middle of the metro. Completely worth the drive to check them out even if you have a closer dealership.

Met immediately with John Iliff and even though it's hard for people to understand me John listened and remembered every word. I was interested in another model but very soon changed my mind and due to John's perseverance was fortunate to find exactly what I wanted. Everyone was friendly and professional and the service area was not divided into small cubicle areas that always made me feel like I was in a box. Closing on the deal went smoothly and my questions were answered on the spot and again John was there to help me understand and walk through process. I highly recommend Jay Wolfe Honda for anyone thinking about purchasing a new or used car, I will also be bringing in my new Honda Civic for any services it may need along the way.

I was quite unhappy when I arrived and found out that the B1 service included more than I had been informed about. That was the second or third time I had experienced the same problem. I spoke with the advisor that checked me and also the supervisor. They lowered my payment and assured me they would work to correct the problem. I have been coming to this dealership for a very long time and I am hoping not to have to make a change so hopefully some issues will get corrected
We went in this last weekend to test drive Honda Accords as we were starting to shop for new cars, and ended up buying one that day. Dont do it. Turn around and go to ford like i did or even toyota down the street. Lied about warranty with just a couple weeks left before it expires, and they still wouldnt stand up to their work. Never going here AGAIN!
Fast friendly service each and every time. Honest to a fault. We took out 2004 Honda Accord in for service with the thought there was an issue with the AC compressor. After inspecting it they determined that there was nothing wrong with it and recommended against doing anything. I appreciate and trust their service advisors.

We have owned our Jay Wolfe Honda CRV since 2002. This is the only place we take it for service and that is because the professional quality of service and personal attention we get every time. The prices are fair, the service is right every time. The service writers always treat us with respect and give us their recommendations for what needs to be done. If I can ever talk my wife out of this car we would probably just replace it with the current model. But we would consider replacing it with a Jay Wolfe Honda!

I have to give a shout out to Kim Mohammadi for his wonderful customer service. He called me regarding my daughter s CRV lease to let me know he could get her in a 2021 CRV and save me between $30-$40 a month. After I reminded him that a week after my daughter got her current CRV, a lady ran a red light and hit her vehicle and the airbags deployed. Because the vehicle could not be marketed as a Certified Used Car, the deal would not make financial sense. He was honest and upfront with no attempt to have me do the deal at a much higher monthly lease payment! He was very apologetic and asked if he could earn my business when the lease is up.
I am so pleased with the way my purchase went today! If I could recommend anyone, Peter Merrill, Afshin (sp?), and Chris Berry were all amazing guys to work with!!!! They all helped me tremendously with my car buying experience and were very knowledgeable about everything! I walked away with a brand new Honda Civic Sport and could not be happier! Thanks for your help, guys!!!!

My family has been buying Hondas from Jay Wolfe Honda for 20 years. Together, we have developed a trusting relationship whenever we need vehicles. Over the years, we have purchased many Hondas from Jay Wolfe. When we go there, we are always greeted as old friends with a hug by George (GM), Kris and Tony (sales) as well as Randy their service manager. They consider us a part of the Jay Wolf Honda family.
Jay Wolfe Honda has always given us their absolute best prices and accommodated us in our needs beyond what any other dealership will do. In my current purchase of a CRV, I went in, Kris took me through and I drove off within an hour of getting there. This included the sales process, completing the financial transaction, prepare the car for delivery and I drove off with it after being there for an hour or so. This included the time to chat about my family - he remembered all of my children and the Hondas they have gotten from him!
We would have purchased more of them over the years, but the reliability of the Hondas and the great service department at Jay Wolfe have kept our cars running flawlessly over the years.

We had plenty of questions for him over the week or two we talked and he was very responsive and helpful. I own 3 older Honda Civic's. I brought one in on a simple Recall for the airbags before I transferred that 2002 Honda to one of my sons. After making an appt. I was told I'd need to return the following week Both airbags needed to be replaced. I returned as scheduled. After completing the Airbag Recall procedure I went to drive away. The SRS light was still on. The Tech told me I didn't ask them to conduct diagnostics on the SRS light -- which alerts to problems with the airbag system. So it was never fixed. The following week, I bought a 2013 Honda Civic from a different dealership.

We recently bought a new car at Jay Wolfe. We had actually been working with another dealer who wasn't able to pull off what they promised. Jay Wolfe had just received one of the vehicles we were interested in stock the day we were ready to make a deal. They patiently let us know they would work with us and understood that we wanted to give the other dealer a fair chance for the work they'd invested. When it was clear they wouldn't make the deal, we called Jay Wolfe back and 45 minutes later we left the lot having completed the paperwork and purchased exactly the car we wanted and with a loan and we were completely satisfied with. This wasn't normal time frame, but they knew we had an event we were trying to get to on time and we'd used up time trying to give the other dealer a chance. They patiently did everything we needed done in order to make the purchase happen. They even came in lower on the loan rate than they told us they could in the end. There was no high pressure at any time, and there was complete interest in getting us exactly what we wanted at exactly what we could comfortably afford. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, efficient, helpful and polite. Years ago when purchasing a new car, we had worked with Jay Wolfe for two months to try to special order what we were looking for. When another dealer showed up with it, we were sad to not give them our business. In true honest fashion, the rep said, "I wasn't able to get it done, I hope you love the car and I'm glad you got what you wanted." That experience was what led us to trust them to walk away from another and make such a quick deal this time (normally I'm someone who takes the time to read every line of fine print and ask lots of questions). We are absolutely satisfied and would return and highly recommend. Very honest and ethical dealer who stands behind their promises! We were very glad to be able to give them our business!
I had a Toyota lease and couldn t get the pricing I wanted with Toyota dealerships. In one afternoon, I looked at Honda online, inquired about a car in stock at Jay Wolfe, and drove home my new CRV that night. The communication from the get go was quick, informative, to the point (something I can t say about trying to deal with Toyota). Dylan Wade was informative, friendly, and most importantly NOT PUSHY. We never felt pressured about anything. The dealership is nice, they have plenty of cars in stock, great lobby for when my car will need maintenance. I will surely go back and would refer anyone looking for a Honda.

Was out on the lot looking for quite a while at different things and never had any come and visit with me. Very odd.
I have been coming to this dealership for around three years. There are positive aspects, I have had mostly good customer service and the lobby is great. However, the last few visits the customer representatives have seemed stressed and almost angry. I even heard one guy mocking an older customer after he had difficulty communicating with her. I am a student and so I have a budget that I need to stick to and so when the representatives quotes me a ridiculously high price, of course I try to negotiate with them. The last couple of times that I have visited the business I have recieved offers from them to purchase my car. This seems slightly predatory since they know that I am low on funds. On another occasion they attempted to sell me tires that I didn't actually need. It's unfortunate that there is not a straightforward honest mechanic or dealership where I can take my car.
Buying a car and dealing with people at a car dealership is daunting, but we had a fantastic experience here because the two people we worked with, Andrew and Amir, were both professional and personable.
It was a ok place to buy a car,the sad part is am old and it not like the good ole days when you were in and out about hour not a all day thing, I had very nice salesmen he was very very nice and was not pushy at all and the guy that you see to sign off on the car was not pushy at all, I said I didn't was to buy car insurance fix it contract and that was as far as that went, no trying cran it down my throat, all in all I have to say great place to buy a car , it was way far better then the last place I got may last car and I did not have to drive to Lawrence ks that 45 miles away ,and they did practice staying safe selling around customers

We have been using Jay Wolfe Honda for all of our service needs for the past 8 years and have been very happy with them until our last visit when someone stole a dvd binder case that had our children's collection and personal dvds in it. Trent said he asked around and no one had said they had seen it. (Did they expect someone to confess they stole it???) No restitution was offered at all.
Our change was also wiped out. We had always trusted Jay Wolfe. Had a bad experience at Tiffany Springs Honda, but now Jay Wolfe will be on that list.
Clear out everything from your car if you choose to drop it off. A crook works there and Jay Wolfe will not take any responsibility for their employees.
After the thousands of dollars we have spent here, Trent told us that "there were other options out there" for us to take our business.

Five months after I bought my brand new CRV from this dealership, I started having problems with the touchscreen. I brought it in and showed them and they said we have no fix for that. Every time I returned I continually mentioned that I am having trouble with my touchscreen. It was never documented by the dealership that I had this trouble. I asked to speak to the service manager. I emailed him a video of the problem. No documentation. I am now out of warranty and have taken it to another dealership. They have told me it is a known problem and I OWE TO FIX IT because I m no longer under warranty. I spoke with Honda corporate today. They agreed this is a known problem. But because Jay Wolfe Honda refused to document my problem I am stuck with the cost.

I got taken care of by Lucas last Friday for an problematic O2 Sensor on my Accord. He was polite, helpful, and extremely informative. I've personally always thought the worst feeling in the world was leaving a car dealership knowing that you have spent a boat load of money but not confident that your problem or issue was really fixed. I have never had that feeling of buyers remorse with Jay Wolfe or the service I recieve from Lucas or the rest of the team. Top notch salemen and technicians.

Recently bought a used vehicle from this dealership. Throughout the entire process, I have been impressed with the care and service of the employees. In particular Shaun Hanson was a fantastic salesperson who was extremely helpful, and the financial officer (forget her name) made things very smooth and easy. I looked at three other dealerships when looking for a car and Jay Wolfe Honda had the best service, the only warranty beyond 30 days on used vehicles, and the lowest admin fee. They were very proactive, offering deals and services before I even asked for them and they have a great service plan available! They seem more interested in my business than in my money and that is very appreciated. They even washed my car and filled it with gas. Highly recommend this location!

We shopped multiple locations and narrowed down to the right car for us. We chose Jay Wolfe Honda even though it's further away from where we live because of the customer service. By far one of the best experiences we have never had. Our sales consultant was Kim and he was nothing short of fantastic. He retrieved cars for us in the pouring down rain, provided us several options, no pressure but looked for multiple ways to serve us. Next time we go car shopping this will be the first call that we make.
I purchased my 4Runner from Adam Strouth in the used car department. Super nice guy and was really helpful. He also didn't sell me a lemon. Everyone there has been really great so far. If you're looking for a used vehicle you can depend on, you should go see Adam.

Chris Galvan was able to answer all our questions and made the experience at the dealership so enjoyable that we are glad we came here first before going to any other Honda dealerships in the area! They were able to get my CRV in for it's first oil change without an appointment and get it done ahead of schedule. I do wish they'd start carrying energy drinks in their cafe though.
