We use Jarrett weekly for backhaul. We have been more than impressed. The ease of negotiation, fair rates, good follow up, accurate information on the rate sheet, great communication, respect for drivers, ample time to complete delivery, quality of shippers and receivers and finally speed of payment. What a great company! They make you realize how bad many other freight brokers really are and why we all really don't like dealing with freight brokers. They truly set the bar really high. Booked a load at 8:30am with Bray Offenbecher, the guy is beyond unprofessional, sending me an email at 14:44 that the load is canceled and tonu of $250 attached even tho driver drove 90mi, waited 3 hours at the pick and trailer is half loaded, when called back and asked to talk to a manager or the owner, claims he's the manager even tho he's not, and doesn't want to transfer me to them... The real manager Chris Palazo is out on late lunch break, unbelievable
Very poor communication. No backups in place or other options when there is a problem. After missing deadline and truck not showing, they raise price for a new truck a day late. Would not recommend to anyone. Asked to speak to owner. No response
Very fast unloading but if you delivering here they moved 0.5 miles north to the new warehouse across the street of ford dealership
