We use Jarrett weekly for backhaul. We have been more than impressed. The ease of negotiation, fair rates, good follow up, accurate information on the rate sheet, great communication, respect for drivers, ample time to complete delivery, quality of shippers and receivers and finally speed of payment. What a great company! They make you realize how bad many other freight brokers really are and why we all really don't like dealing with freight brokers. They truly set the bar really high.
