Booked a load at 8:30am with Bray Offenbecher, the guy is beyond unprofessional, sending me an email at 14:44 that the load is canceled and tonu of $250 attached even tho driver drove 90mi, waited 3 hours at the pick and trailer is half loaded, when called back and asked to talk to a manager or the owner, claims he's the manager even tho he's not, and doesn't want to transfer me to them... The real manager Chris Palazo is out on late lunch break, unbelievable
