Kind of hilarious that joke is referenced more than any good comment. Customer service is down right terrible. Communication is ridiculous, from dispatch to drivers. Don't waste your time, your breath or your money using USA Holland. the really sad thing is can't give you a negative rating.

Terrible shipping company. Have called every day for almost a week and every day someone "guarantees" it will be here tomorrow. We still don't have it and have had a machine down for a week, resulting in a loss of sales. I will be avoiding Holland in the future and sharing my displeasure to the vendors I work with.

I'd go lower if I could. They had our Home depot bought mower on the 5th of July and it's the 14th. Still no mower. Called them numerous times and each time they said it'd be delivered that day only to say they don't have drivers to deliver when we'd call again when it hadn't come by the time they said. They then said that they do their business deliveries in the morning and residential in the afternoon if they have time. What kind of service is that?

Customer service is a joke to them. They are never accommodating and advise customer to pick from the terminal. Then why are you guys existing if customers have to pick up from terminals. And don t expect early notice on signed deliveries , they call when the shipment is on the road and expect you to stay home on a weekday for residential delivery. And even if they do deliver, they leave shipment on the ground floor in the sun wide outside. I canceled my chair order due to this horrible carrier. You guys just took advantage of my situation...

Had delivery appointment window 10-12pm at 2:30 finally called and my delivery was never loaded lost over $500 in revenue for the day and basically because of pitiful customer service and concern, probably mostly because of having lazy union drivers who could care less about customers they weren't very willing to correct their mistake. But because of total inefficiency on the dock they can't call a customer to tell them of a mistake and not make them wait 4 1/2hrs b4 the customer has to call in to find out. As Charles would say "jus turreble"

Terrible company to wok with. The customer service it a time wasting joke. If you ever have to call or use the chat, hang up if Pam or Maria answer. They will either lie to get you off the line faster or simple hang up just so they don't have to answer any questions about why your freight was sent to the wrong side of the country. Email is not any better. Save yourself time , money,and stress and use a better carrier

If I could give this company a 0 stars I would. As vendors we strive to provide our customers their orders in a timely manner and deliver on the requested date per their purchase order. Unfortunately, we have experienced very poor customer service from USF Holland for this most recent order and on past orders for other customers. If it were not for our customers stating you as their preferred shipper we would no longer do business from our warehouse. The Memphis, TN dispatcher did not have the decency to call us when the appointments could not be met even when we extended our pick up window by 2 additional hours to accommodate them. We provide clean restrooms, free Gatorade for the drivers, have a dock for easy loading and we load the trucks within 1 minute of showing up at our dock and this is what we receive as a thank you. You guys have given "service" a whole new meaning.
Yesterday we made an appointment to have USF Holland pick up a pallet as it was ready and we received confirmation that they would pick up. We made several attempts on follow up as our pick up window was closing we made 3 calls to have this picked up and each time we received another pick up time. We stayed in the office after hours for them to state that they were cancelling the pick up and that they would try again today 7/20. However, no call was made to us to inform us of the cancellation it took over 4 calls made on our end to have this just be cancelled and be treated very poorly. Currently, I am not 100% sure that they will pick up today as promised since we were told by 2 different representatives of USF Holland that yes there was a pick up rescheduled but with the other representative we were just told it was cancelled and not future pick up was scheduled. No further explanation on why the pick up was cancelled was provided.
Unfortunately, with USF Holland as the shipping carrier we are unable to provide the quality service and timely delivery as we have done for over 25 years of being in business.
