Positive:
- well-kept hotel complex
- very friendly staff
- nice rooms
..... that's about it

Negative:
- Frozen foods and canned food
- Local specialties - none
- fresh salads? No
- clean dishes - in short supply!
- Very mixed audience - unfortunately also very "Ballermann" heavy ..., one or the other stumble around the pool while drunk - great when you are on vacation with children!
- Loungers had to be covered with a towel by 7 a.m. at the latest - although the hotel management prohibited it ... but otherwise there was only standing room.

Conclusion: This facility does not live up to its 4 stars in any way! Even the TUI travel agent on site had to admit that this 4-star facility is in the lowest mid-range ... so probably 3-star!
With the best will in the world, I can't understand where the 91% recommendation comes from ....

Our complaint to TUI was of course unsuccessful - it wasn't to be expected otherwise! After all, the customer is no longer king!

Good clean hotel. Rooms comfortable. Great choice of tasty food. Staff friendly and helpful. Entertainment is decent. Island itself is windy, which means it is not baking hot like Sharm El Sheikh. There is a public beach on doorstep which is very clean. Nice to ride the waves. Lots of chipmunks too!

The most beautiful hotel we have ever experienced on Fuerteventura.

We came to the hotel as a family with 3 children. Big disappointment from all points of view, especially regarding hygiene. Upon entering the bedroom, the tiled floor sticks underfoot, a horrible smell of vomit in the bathroom. We even found a cockroach there. (Cf photo attached)

The swimming pool is not talking about it! It is not maintained, the water is cloudy, hair is floating on the surface.

The food is terrible. Not even up to a Flunch.

In short, a huge disappointment! Yet we have come often to the Canaries but have never seen a hotel so poorly run.

Clearly does not deserve its 4 stars!

Top quality, good rooms, restaurant good, staff great

It was great clean beautiful rooms with a wonderful ocean view full comfort close to the ocean kindest service was our honeymoon after 37 years together we were enchanted by the beautiful location of the hotel close to the beach with picturesque surroundings, delicious food wonderful service and here thank you to ukasz for his kind care and always good mood ,

Hotel very friendly, very varied food which changes some hotels, convenient location for walks, difficult to think that it is mid-December Greek weather. Room vast, varied animations for those who wish it. Show and music every night, many pools with some areas only adult. Very good week ...

A wonderful vacation in a great hotel. The food was various for different tastes, the shoreline was in the vicinity (although one would need to use stairs), evenings were accompanied with nice live music performances. The only major drawback I can name is really poor internet access: even if WiFi signal was strong the connectivity was still really bad. Other than that I can recommend this hotel.

Very nice to stay there. One star less because of small maintenance defects for the status of a 4 star. (Broken tiles, etc.)

A great club, especially for families with children. Very nice location, with a great beach. Also suitable for couples, as there are locked areas and rest areas for children. Another highlight is the pool bar with bar stools in the water (adults only). The drinks are high quality. But then you should book "All Inclusive Premium", otherwise you have to pay the "good stuff" separately. The food and restaurants are really good and varied. All in all a great facility

One of the most architecturally and scenically most beautiful club complexes of the island. Very friendly and attentive staff. The quality of the food can not match. The food is rather fleshy and often spicy. There is a need to catch up here ...
All in all, a high recreational factor. That's what it's all about!

We were there last week for a 7 day holiday, we found the resort beautiful and maintained to a high standard and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were modern and clean. We were very late arriving, after midnight and had to queue for quite a while to check in, no help was available with baggage unless you were a black band (an issue)!!!! Quite a walk to our area with steps.
Wrist bands...my personal opinion is if you pay all inclusive it means exactly that, I am not being a killjoy, but if you had a black wrist band, you definitely had preference in service all round, it is wrong!!! We had a very limited selection of drinks available and very very weak, you could drink gin and tonics all day and only feel mildly affected...the food was the same for everyone, large dining area, clean and well catered for, but the food itself was a real let down, it was cheap cuts of meat and fish, a real shame considering its star rating. The beach is a longer walk than we were given to believe, but is well worth the walk, the sea is beautiful and actually warmer that the swimming pool.
Eat out at local fish restaurants if you want to eat delicious locally caught fish, well worth it. Oasis park is a must, the best safari park we have ever been to and you get to feed some of the animals.
All in all, we had a superb holiday, it is a shame about the bands and food, an issue that needs addressing for its star rating. The weather was great, but beware, the sun is very stong and you will burn quickly, The Thompson reps were brilliant, however, We will not be returning the this hotel.

First time here at this hotel and will definitely be back

Perfectly situated hotel. From the hotel you can conveniently go down to the beach.
If someone is going on a family trip, this is a good place. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Oasis Park, the local zoo. Two swimming pools, including one for small children, let the little ones get out. There is a classroom for older children, a games room and a farm with pets. The buffet also offers smaller dishes. Unfortunately, I did not notice the playground.
However, if an adult would like to use the resort, the offer is not that rosy. The resort is divided into two parts, the Adult Zone and the Family Zone. This is the perfect solution for those who prefer silence. The hotel has a sports bar for fans. And here the amenities for adults end. The adult swimming pool (available for owners of a silver wristband for extra 5 Eur per day) is so small that 3 people are crowded. Bar in the adult area crowded beyond the possibilities and compensates for this seat in the water. Premium drinks and alcohol are available only to holders of a black wristband (EUR 12 per day).

We are excited. Even at Christmas it's like spring. The area is very well maintained and the staff was super friendly. The hotel has two areas, so outside of the summer months it is possible to offer an adult area. There are also two restaurants and four bars in addition to the dining area. Sauna, gym, zen area, game consoles and internet in the lobby, everything is there. With the Allinclusive Band it is a fantastic holiday.

Hotel in which to spend a dream vacation. Very well differentiated the area of families and only adult. We placed ourselves in adults only and it was great. It has a relaxing pool, a chill out with its bar, a solarium area and best of all a tiny pool with jacuzzi inside nudist. In addition to having two other jacuzzis in the area of dresses. The hotel is huge but all very concentrated in a central building and it has incredible sea views. It also has direct access to the beach, down some steep stairs in which from time to time you find squirrels asking for food, hehehehe.
The food is fine. I always say that you have to recycle and if it ever repeats itself, then nothing happens.
It is the first time, but I think I would repeat it again.

Went to Jandia Princess in April 2013 and was absolutely blown away by how perfect it was.

The bathroom was pure luxury with black marble, chrome and frosted glass everywhere..I was in awe. The toilet itself was in a frosted glass cubicle within the bathroom. Huge shower and to top it all at the end of the bathroom was a dressing room complete with gorgeous white robes and complementary slippers.
On arrival we were presented by a full bowl of fruit and a bottle of champagne in our room. Lovely!
The whole hotel was immense, with many pools and a dramatic waterfall. Shops inside the hotel for your convenience and a doctor surgery.
This hotel had so many amenities I'd be here all night trying to list them all.
The staff were marvellous but the one person who stood out for us ( and everyone else ) was a barman at the adult pool called Miguel..great character, had us in stitches and could speak many languages.
I want to go back to this hotel asap, and would re-visit again and again. My best holiday yet and I've had quite a few!

Four stars are adequate and the trip was worth the money.

A great place I recommend both for people with children and couples every day party beautiful weather wind in the evening but can get used ... and drinks for Free do not know how it happens but I highly recommend

Of course the hotel is getting a bit old, an update is urgently needed at one point or another ...
BUT: we could overlook that, because the hotel complex is otherwise beautiful, the food was just great and the staff was really great! Always a smile on your face and very committed.
I cannot understand the negative reviews about the food in any way ... always very rich and well presented!
So: all in all: just great ...

We recovered super well!

- Sauna rituals with the lovely Anika are sensational - cannot miss out on it!

- the hotel and its exteriors are nicely maintained, astonishing, clean and peaceful - perfect for relaxation.

- the bedrooms are lovely and equipped with all essentials you need - including nice white leather sofas and armchairs.

- cleaning ladies are lovely and helpful (despite that they do not really speak English).

- food is a good quality and plenty to choose from whether you are vegan or not.

- car rental is available within the hotel and is an amazingly good deal - highly recommended if you want to discover the island! I.e.: Oasis Park is only 23 minutes drive from the hotel and is well worth to visit.

- there is a direct exit from both, family and adult only zones to the lovely beach that you cannot miss out on! The north-Atlantic ocean is surprisingly lovely and refreshing even in October...

Overall, I would say that I would definitely visit again, and you would make a very good choice if you choose this hotel.

Beware of some pervert tourists around the beach area... (it does NOT belong to the hotel though.)

Cleaning and animation team the strengths. For the rest, for our experience, a nice holiday hotel but totally unsuitable for those looking for a "dream" trip.

I recommend everyone a very nice place in all respects .... and with a spectacular sea view ...

Declared as a club, animation not intrusive. Adults only area, but who really want to have peace before children better choose another hotel.

I will have 4 strellas but the human resources service leaves much to be desired and today 19/03/2018 at 4 o'clock and as the schedule said that they were up to 1 I did not pick up the curriculum

- The hotel is nice, clean, well done. The rooms are well decorated and the bedding is adequate. The common areas are well appointed and the vegetation is lush, which makes it very pleasant to move around the hotel complex.
- A big downside (especially when this option is part of the criteria of choice when booking and that it is written in the description of the hotel), it is that none of the three swimming pools (6 in total) is heated. Ditto concerning the two hot tubs, moreover they are in full wind. As for the wellness area, the fact that it is open to the sky makes the place unsuitable in winter. What's more, the sauna is aging and the hamamm is barely functioning.
- Shameful: there is a charge for wifi even in the hotel lobby ( 6 per day).
- Unfit for consumption: even if you don't expect pure gastronomy, the food really leaves a lot to be desired, especially for a hotel of this standard. Even the grated carrots are frozen and one wonders if they have ever seen the earth. Uncomfortable: Also and for the comfort of all, it would be appreciated to equip all cooking stations with extractor hoods, the main restaurant room is permanently fragrant with the smell of frying or even grease.

And don't look for crisps and peanuts with your aperitif, there aren't any
- The restaurant staff are very pleasant and helpful, especially the waiter at the entrance to the main restaurant who offers a welcome drink. On the other hand, the waiters of the various bars are much less welcoming, this is surely due to the reprisals of the summer visitors concerning the alcohol offered.
In short, do not take the all inclusive if you like to eat and avoid the winter period because in this case the services are not adapted.

Staff impolite. Have to pay to use the gym if staying in family area. One expensive rip off.

Decieving hot as its windy. Nice hotel clean amazing food. Would definitely go again.

Very large hotel area. There is a separation for adults and families, so everyone gets their vacation. The complex is very spacious with pool, pool bar, fitness, wellness, Zen area and much more. The staff is very friendly and the area was very clean. You can see from the whole hotel the beach and the sea. To these stairs lead down. We recommend.

I would of gave it higher but there were too many issues within the first few days of our time here.

First things first, the WiFi. I have been to hotels with fewer stars and the WiFi has never been an extra I have had to pay for. Being out of my home country, accessable internet is a must. Even after paying 19 for the week. I could only use 1 device at a time. I had a twin room with my girlfriend; this meant that i couldn't use it at the same time as her.

Next, on our 3rd day we found that we had a mouse in our room. However, the hotel stuff resolved that very quickly and we had no further issues with that.



In terms of positives. The hotel has a lovely view with a different theme of food at dinner. Taxis are always available so you can travel around the island and the TUI rep and hotel staff at very helpful and responsive.

Overall, this could easily be a 5 star experience. I acknowledge that what I had issue with my not bother other people but I feel that some things are not made very clear when booking this hotel.

Well-kept hotel with beautiful grounds, pools and lawns. There are extra areas for children or rest areas for seniors. You can book all inclusive or half board. Who wants to descend the small mountain to the beach, finds a long sandy beach.

Nice holiday! The hotel Jandia Princess is a bit lonely, but quite close to the beach. Friendly staff, very clean, good food. However, a bit in need of renovation, fairer wise you have to say was already made a lot. Keep it up!

Great Hotel. But 3 Stormy nights in a Row and Heavy winds during the day wasted the Holiday

Nice facility which has seen visibly better times.
What annoys me now with such AI systems are the so-called VIP zones, here called adult areas.
With a standard booking, these zones are not available to anyone without a silver ribbon.
Means that the beautiful pool with bar is not available to one, and the other pool works like that.
Eating is standard, healthy nutrition is often not an option.
The staff is great and helpful, it has to be mentioned.
Our room was clean, but torn upholstery on the bed or couch was patched with "scotch tape".
Otherwise a nice vacation.

PS: My girlfriend was on the site 10 years ago, there was no adult area, and the quality was generally better.

The Club Jandia Princess is a beautiful hotel complex in the south of Fuerteventura that is ideal for relaxing and recovering.
The hotel is located directly on the beach, through a staircase you can easily get to the sea. However, the beach section in front of the hotel is stony, if you want a fine sandy beach, you should choose a hotel in the direction of Morro Jable. There are also no bars, pubs or restaurants in the vicinity; a hotel in Morro Jable is also recommended here.
However, you don't have to leave the hotel to feel good, several bars and restaurants as well as a small mini market are located directly on the hotel grounds. The pools are also nicely laid out, the special highlight for me is the pool bar in the "adults only" area.

The rooms are comfortable, the bed is tidy, and the bathroom has a tub with a splash guard. The service cleans every day, nothing to complain about.

The food in the restaurants is varied, from different types of meat and fish to vegetarian dishes, everything was there. For me there are a few deductions for the seasoning and cooking points of the individual dishes, I've seen that better. I was surprised by the pizza, which is really excellent, definitely try it.
The service in the restaurants has a lot to do, sometimes the service staff can't keep up.

If you want to leave the hotel for excursions, it is best to reserve a rental car in good time (go directly in the hotel lobby) or via Tui. You wait in vain for buses and if they do, they'll take you forever. Short journeys e.g. to Morro Jable are easier to do by taxi, a ride costs 8 , the taxi stand is right in front of the hotel.

Great service, clean, great food here you can go on holiday with or without children.

Very nice and clean rooms, nice and very friendly staff. Beautiful pool area with a unique view. Direct beach access with a very nice sandy beach. Good selection of drinks and food at the buffets.
On some days at dinner it would be nice to have more choice of meat and locally caught fish. Otherwise everything was very tasty.
We never found the food too bland, if you have problems with it, you could add seasoning yourself without much effort.
The problem with plastic at the pools is more due to the visitors who push their rubbish everywhere and not to the hotel.
At the pool there are understandably only hard plastic cups that look like glasses, unless you stay at the bar. Who wants to break into pieces barefoot?

Great off season get away. Large complex, some smaller quieter areas. Food very good considering the mass catering.

Offer for children unfortunately not very good.
Food was very mediocre and repeated often or every night there is the same choice except a dish that changes.
Room ok but very thin walls that you hear three rooms still the neighbors snore.

The grounds are very nice, if only I could book breakfast, I would come back. Best plant I've met so far, and that's not a few. The rooms are large, clean and pleasant, but again in need of renovation. The division of the areas adults only and family area pleased me well. Biggest criticism, the food that was really not good! Little seasoned, meat almost always over-cooked, dessert very artificial. Little fresh, most of it was TK. And the system with the ribbon should be thought through again. Bathrobe in different sizes would be nice too.

Beautiful location and hotel . Food was plentiful, sometimes great sometimes average. Pool area was lovely all in all a lovely holiday.

The property was very good only the food is very bad simply cheap thrown food.

Really good if all you want to do is chill out. If you have smaller children it's hard to keep them entertained and there isn't any pushchair accessible walks

A place of beauty. The hotel needs to be renovated a bit. Nice service. Attractions for children and parents ensured, everyone will find something for themselves.

A great Badehotel with all Inc. The hotel is very off the beaten path but you can relax very nice. The food is very good. The beach is very nice at low tide. The rooms spacious and renovated.

Beautiful hotel set in a tranquil location with lush gardens and only a short stroll to the beach. Hotel staff very friendly and a great atmosphere, swimming pool i would highly rate as me and my daughter spent most of the day in. Hotel very clean throughout and a variety of activities throughout the day and entertainment in the night could not ask for more. Stayed here for a week on the 25th July not for a holiday as such, this was my husband's favourite hotel been here 4 times before he passed away last year. 9 year old Daughter said she had to come back here, as her favourite memories with her dad was at this hotel. Coming back to this hotel made my daughter smile for the first time in 7 months so i have to say thank you, club jandia princess and all your staff. To make my daughter smile again is priceless. Will be back next year, this time for a holiday.

All inclusive resort. Wide choice of food. Nice surprise that you can use al-a-carte multiple times.

Hotel at the height of a four-star service and amenities at the top

Just returned from a one week holiday. Check in was very slow with only 1 person on reception, although the lady was very pleasant, friendly and doing a good job. We were given a glass of cava to welcome us, a nice touch except the cava was flat'
We were checked in and told the porters would bring our cases. Wi fi was an extra 19 each, we both paid for it. We had paid to be in the adults only area (silver band). Our room was adequate with an enormous double bed, desk, TV, sofa & chair. The bathroom had the expected suite, shower over the bath and no shaving mirror.
Or balcony looked onto other rooms and very limited side sea view.
Our sofa was very worn on the arm rest and there was no tea coffee making facilities in the room.
I returned to reception to ask if we could change rooms to enjoy a sea view, I was told it was an extra 38 per night!!!! Just to look at the sea!
If I wanted tea and coffee in my room I had to upgrade to the black band @ 12 per night per person. But even the black band didn't guarantee me a sea view. However the lovely lady did say that she knew guest in a room in block 7 were checking out tomorrow, this would give us a better sea view for free and she reserved it for us to move into the next day.
The restaurants are buffet style and the food is 'just ok' often cold and I never had one meal that I could say was memorable. You can only get, water, wine or beer with your evening meal, also no tea or coffee is available apart from at breakfast.
The pool areas are ok but sunbeds are packed in like sardines in a can. 3 pools are reserved for adults only and my favourite was the 'chill out pool' the water is freezing cold, no heated pools in January! The hotel has a gym, saunas and 2 spa baths, it also has a nudist area and pool. In the evening there is entertainment every night both in the theater and also in the reception bar, we opted for the reception bar although there was only one entertainer worth listening too. It was a lady singer and her husband on a cello.
They are fun, she sings a good variety of songs and in tune too. Unfortunately there were some others that were a disappointment , singing out of tune and screeching to hit notes .
The hotel is placed about a 10 minute taxi ride from the main shopping area of Morro Jable and that's a pleasant enough way to spend a morning, but some shop keepers can be a bit pushy.
We hired a car just for the day and visited Corralejo and the sand dunes, this was our best day ever, spectacular beach. Amazing views. Good shopping in Corralejo too.
In conclusion the Jandia Princess, is an ok hotel, staff very friendly, wi fi service expensive and very poor! Food not brilliant, should only be basic and black band system (black then being for adults only section). I personally would not return to that hotel.

We stayed at the Resort (3-10 June 2019) and we can claim to have spent an unforgettable week. We were just looking for a place to relax and enjoy all the comfort and Club Jandia Princess has fully satisfied it exceeded our expectations. What can I say, great location, the helpful and polite staff from the first moment, as also emphasize the great commitment to maintaining the cleanliness of the entire structure. Special thanks to the attention given to those involved in the public report (Yeray Rodriquez) .great and professionalism from Silvia and Alice (Francorosso). Hence, a highly recommended Resort

Super beach, hotel with multiple facilities (gym, spa, fitness, spacious rooms, outdoor and heated pools, buffet, Japanese palm trees and roses, ....), unique landscape (volcanic mountain, sandy beach, blue sea turquoise), ideal for sports and relaxation

Super nice facility. Room with balcony perfectly adequate. Seperation in family and adult in my opinion if you want to use the sauna or the gym exaggerated. Country-typical food with theme evenings.

Excellent attention Area for adults only with pool and bar. You can walk along the beach to the town. A great experience.

Spent a week here with a two year old and my partner. Rubbish... nothing to do and nowhere to go without a taxi ride. Family room? joke had to keep the buggy in the bathroom. Food poor. Pool cold. Not the place to take a family..... Maybe an average 3* never a 4* and First Choice sold it us as a 5* never in a month of Sundays....
