The hotel is clean and well-kept, beautifully situated with a very large infrastructure. The water in the pools is a bit cold but it is bearable. Food OK for hotel conditions. A big plus for the location next to a beautiful sandy beach, a nice idea with the separation into zones for adults only and for families. The hotel is recommendable with a clear conscience

Shocking stay

Shocking stay
Food wasn't great we had pizza and chips for 11 nights as the beef burgurs and chicken weren't cooked properly...breakfast was sloppy apart from the cakes they were good but if u like cold bacon and raw uncooked eggs lol...
11pm you have to pay for you drinks if you wanted anything else...unbranded spirts unless you had a black band you could get the brand names....all the other bands has none brands and the bar staff drowned u with spirts and add a dash of sprite.

Had mould in the bathroom complaned about it no action was taken what so ever....

If you have mobility issues this place isn't for you I'm a fit young adult but it felt like you had to walk miles just to get a drink or go the bar or for food loads of steps and hills to walk up.

Shocking won't go back I've had 3 stars better then this you don't even get table service for coffee In the mornings

When we got there we had a hiccup on the rooms, we spoke to Filepe the sub manager and I have to say he was excellent, he resolved the issues and done all he could to apologise Ann's make it right, it's easy to moan but Filepe could have done no more.
The hotel was nice, very clean and staff friendly and helpful, I would say if you like spirits then upgrade to premium drinks package, overall the hotel was excellent and I would recommend it.

We have had Christmas here. The hotel is very well laid out, we chose adult only areas but the whole hotel is located in a quiet area. Food was plentiful and there was a large selection including vegetarian

Great hotel, staff all friendly and always willing to help, loads of sunbeds this time of year, food above the normal for all inclusive, local drinks on standard package, a little rough but you can pay extra for premium. Overall a good hotel and very clean and very well maintained grounds. Also has separate children's area/pool and even a separate nudist pool and area, caters for everyone.

What can I say ... beautiful resort ... both for families and adults who have exclusive spaces ... there are 3 restaurants with excellent food ... the structure is well maintained in all its parts ... but the top ... is the animacion led by Micky ... really of a higher level ... the evening shows not to be missed ... never ... if I really have to find a small but very small flaw ... the cleaning some rooms ... can be improved ...

Just returned from a week here, lovely place and would definitely go back, very clean, nice food and excellent staff. Pool is a little chilly and it's an isolated hotel if you like to get out and explore. Definitely recommended to anyone that just likes to eat, drink and relax

Lovely hotel all amenities you needed always something to eat and drink available stunning beach location ,it is a bit isolated and there are no outside bars to wonder around in the evenings which may not be a problem for most people as it all inclusive but we do like to be able to try somewhere different occasionally, a 8 to 10 euro taxi ride will get you to jandia or morro jables which made a plesent change ,we stayed in a primeum room so had the black wrist band which was great as you get a lot of extras, best drinks, beach towels, late check out to name a few, wouldn't hesitate to stay again just for the beach location.

My partner and I visited this hotel in February 2016. The hotel is lovely. The beach is a public one and has a bar (take your money as is a public bar). The waves are great but a little too powerful for children. The entertainment is OK but nothing to shout about. I did put weight on while there so the food is very nice. The weather is very changeable due to the constant breeze but you are thank full for the breeze when the sun comes out. Temperatures around the mid 20's when we were there. We hired a car from the hotel for 2 days and explored the island, this is something a highly recommend that you. The locals don't harass you like other countries and leave you in peace to shop at your leisure.

Very nice hotel. A bit out of the way, but quiet. It is respected here what is promised. Unfortunately a bit further away from the airport. Transfer it a bit long. I recommend renting a car here. Alone because of the location of the hotel.

Had a really nice stay in Club Jandia. However, as it's at the south of the island, to get to places you do have to travel quite far. Walking would take a while. The staff were all lovely, however our check in was rushed and we didn't really get a goodbye when we checked out. The hotel was a bit understaffed at certain areas, however the drinks were lovely, like the cocktails, and they were unlimited with exclusive which was great. The food was OK but could of had more of a variety. It was OK to stay for a week but any longer wouldn't be great as not a lot to do after you have stayed there for that long. Overall, it was well priced, unlimited food and drinks and snacks throughout the day. The room was quite big and nice and was daily cleaned. I would recommend this hotel, but you definitely need a car or a lot of money to pay for excursions and taxi or buses

My first vacation after almost 10 years ... and I'...

My first vacation after almost 10 years ... and I'm just blown away.
+ Super nice & clean facility,
+ friendly, very courteous staff
+ several pools, bars and restaurants
+ various shops from "everyday things" to souvenirs and jewelry
+ Rental cars / scooters directly at the house (sign in the lobby, drive from the parking lot and return the key at the reception)
+ Even a friendly doctor has a small practice here with daily consultation hours.

The division into family, mixed and adult areas gives everyone the opportunity to find what they are looking for. Whether relaxation or action.
Large animation program from sport to relaxation.

The buffet times are pleasant for early risers and late risers and even if you miss breakfast, you don't have to wait long until lunch ...

The silver "standard" all-inclusive ribbon leaves nothing to be desired ... from water to wine to cocktails I've always found something.
(There is also a premium ribbon that offers an even larger selection ... Cards with a detailed overview are available everywhere so that everyone can easily decide which service they need)

In short, I am happy.
Unfortunately, I'm going back home the day after tomorrow.

Should I go to the sauna or massage area again by then (the two pools in front of that have always tempted me to "lie around, read, swim, read on" for the last few days) I will expand the review accordingly.

All in all: a real recommendation for families and childless people, regardless of what they are looking for on vacation.

Thank you for the great time and hope to see you soon.

Addendum / Edit:
I still have one shortcoming, but the hotel can basically do nothing for:
On the other side of the "bay" is the Robinson Club. This apparently has an outdoor stage / disco with a very potent sound system ... even from a distance of almost 300 meters, the songs are clearly recognizable and I congratulate Martin on winning the evening quiz ...
So the system is loud, but apparently not well aligned, adjusted or whatever ...
The Prinzess solves this with several small boxes, so music and language are just as clear and understandable, but only in the desired areas ...
Possibly an idea for the club "opposite"

Awful place. avoid at all costs. we were given a dark and dingy room on a ground floor with a strong dungeon feeling to it. the blankets were looking as though they were stolen from refugees camp in a third world country. furniture- the cheapest you can imagine. sofas are made of artificial leather and tables from ikea. food deserves a special mention as this was the worst I ever had in any hotel - extremely cheap and very little choice. artificial ham slices "for the poor" no juices (just some sugar mix eith colourings) no coffee other than from a machine that tasted horrible. the decorations in the reception area are the cheapest you can imagine. I m shocked by the 4 star rating. 3 with a stretch is more likely. And the price is as too high for this kind of service. Never again.

We had a great vacation on the island on beautiful beaches outside the hotel. Plus car rental in the hotel is extremely convenient as the hotel is outside and a city is not within walking distance. The prices for a rental car are fair and cars were immediately rentable.
The pool area in the hotel is big and beautiful, especially the pool with the pool bar. The separation of the adult area is also relaxing and invites you to relax.
However, we only received 4 towels for 10 days. So we had to buy a new towel for the beach. Attention, the loungers on the hotel beach cost extra!
The greeting in the hotel when we arrived was the last thing! We have never been received more unkindly. No one asked how the trip was, nor did he get a warm welcome from his lips, let alone a nice expression on his face.
We were shown the room on the map and the conversation was over.
Unfortunately, the front desk remained unfriendly and closed to us during the holiday. We lacked information that the special restaurants are not open every day and are very fully booked, so we could not redeem a free meal.
In addition, it was not mentioned that the WLAN for 19 euros a week is only valid for one device. We wanted our money back, which was no longer possible. In addition, the reception with WLAN was worse than without.
Since we were neither explained nor shown the way to the hotel room, we walked senseless stairs with the heavy suitcase until we finally found our apartment block. The room doesn't look like the hotel pictures, old, worn furniture, stuck TV service and telephone. The bed was so uncomfortable. On the 3rd day, ants came into our room through the really big crack in the door. So we went to the reception and complained that after 2 hours they still weren't eliminated, so we took it into our own hands. Dead ants are still lying on the dressers on the day of departure after 10 days.
The nights were terrible, all doors rattled due to the wind, the rooms were noisy, you could hear every neighbors going to the toilet.
The shower was more weak than strong and smelled of pure chlorine.
The food was really inedible, cheapest goods and overcooked vegetables. Meat fried dead and greasy. The wine tasted more like vinegar than wine. The large selection didn't help either.
In addition, the tables rattle and you are almost overrun at the buffet ...
It is also a shame that there are no areas to eat outside.
We ate well at El Lagar, and the wine was better here too. Super dear service! The service was really nice and friendly in the rest of the area, with the exception of the reception.
The grill buffet at La Choza was a letdown.
All inclusive counts here with the silver ribbon only from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., no adult wake-up area at lunchtime.
You can upgrade to the black ribbon for 12 euros a day, then All In counts until 1 a.m. and you get original drinks. Since everything costs extra here, e.g. Whirlpool use and four-poster beds, we no longer saw this. After all, it doesn't make the food any better.
We're glad we didn't book a suite with its own four-poster bed. The four-poster beds are dirty and cracked. We had a direct view of it from our room. Sad!
Our room cards and towels were accepted when we checked out. That s it. No questions about your stay, no good trip, nothing!
We weren't even shown or mentioned the trunk room.
We paid way too much money for the hotel and expected it to be better value for money!
Fuerteventura with great pleasure again, the beaches are priceless, but not this hotel again!

Visited club Jandia Princess for 2017 Christmas and New year, rooms were clean and spacious, food was buffet style with good choices the only negative with the hot food could have been a little hotter. This was an all inclusive hotel with a family section and a adult section. We upgraded to the adult section were you had various pools to choose from and bar. The only negative with the all inclusive was that you had to pay for the safe and your WiFi per device. This hotel also had a black band upgrade if you wanted branded drinks. Not a very good all inclusive hotel

Good points: The place is quiet, relaxing, sunny and generally upscale. The food is good, fresh, and the Christmas meal was really excellent, varied, and very consistent.
The staff and the animators are friendly, attentive and smiling.
Several swimming pools and deckchairs are available, with even an "adult zone" where you can relax in peace.

Negatives: Lunch is sometimes not very varied, it is necessary to pay daily extras (for gym, spa, tennis, and games room), and in the end quite few people participate in activities provided by the animators (except football)

In the end, a hotel where I spent a very pleasant week that made me forget my daily worries, so I recommend :)

Spacious and beautiful area, you do not feel in a large hotel to be. Food good, there is almost around the clock and everywhere in the area something to eat and drink. Staff friendly and helpful. Very clean everything.

We (2 Adults and a 3 Year Old) stayed for 1 week at the Club Jandia Princess hotel and we had a great time.
Rooms were clean, well furnished, spacious and modern.
Great choice of food and drink, little one loved the kids buffet as he could get his own food.
Pools were great, very clean, tested several times a day for temperature and water quality.
Staff were really friendly, helpful and efficient.
Beach was fine but is a fair walk from the hotel and is not part of the hotel complex so no toilets, sun beds etc but the beach was nice and very clean.
In all we had a great time, very relaxing.
Only complaint and it's probably the same one echoed on this site many a time is the check-in time, Just be prepared for a wait is all, there is paperwork to fill in so it's not the hotels fault, they had 3 staff on checking people in and they were all going as fast as they could, the young girl who checked us in was on her first day on reception bless her and she did a great job and a member of staff took our son over to the bar to get him a drink which was a great touch.
Really great hotel, will hopefully be back one day.

One of the best vacations we have ever had! The complex is very well maintained and comfortable! There is a separate area for adults only! This is the perfect part for childless couples to unwind! The food is very high quality with a lot of choice and variety!
Any time!

What you MUST KNOW: adult men are obliged to wear long trousers at dinner (!)! (At what age exactly, I can not say!)

Hotel located on the very ocean. Some rooms overlooking the huge sandy beach. The hotel has beautiful, well-kept vegetation. A very large selection of tasty dishes, champagne at any time of the day;) An unforgettable holiday. I'm gonna return there for sure.

Lava rock, white sands and constant breeze under a sun that dazzles you.
Harsh and charming. This is the island. And to the south, lying along the eastern ridge lies the resort. Jandia Princess Club. Directly overlooking the Atlantic. White like the light of summer. The green manicured lawns.
The service is good. The staff were polite and very attentive.
The buffet varied and perhaps above the average standard for the category.
Unfortunately very busy and therefore a bit busy.
However for my part, and for the experience of 9 years of visits to the Canaries I feel I can highly recommend it.

Unfortunately not what it used to be. The hotel has deteriorated extremely.
Breakfast is the same every day. Lunch without a big change either.
In the evening there were different variations, but except for Mexican everything was of poor quality. The same meat and fish were always served at the grill.
At some point eating out was just boring. We have given the desserts a wide berth. Mainly whipped cream with some fruit or fondant.

In terms of entertainment, the current team was unfortunately not quite convincing either. It was different to see a show every evening, but we've seen better things. A lot was offered during the day, but somehow too few people were motivated for the activities. As a result, there were only extremely small groups.

We were here already in 2015 and so you can no longer take all the old reviews so seriously.

- Food has been much worse than in 2015
- Entertainment was much better in 2015 and the team at the time knew how to motivate people to participate
- This time we hadn't booked the sea view and were promptly no longer premium guests, we had to pay for high-quality drinks or the premium surcharge (12 euros per day and person), we were traveling with three adults and thus it would be an extra 360 euros
- TUI didn't really help us with the premium all-inclusive. We wanted the same standard as in 2015, but were now second class guests.

It seldom happens that someone travels to the same place twice. Unfortunately, the 2019 trip was a disappointment compared to 2015.

We still enjoyed our vacation after two days. Even if it wasn't like 2015.

We had a great holiday here. Plenty of pools and a great adults only section.
The rooms are OK but nothing to shout about.
The food was great. Different themed nights and something for everyone's taste.
We came here for a relaxing holiday and that's what we had.
Staff were very helpful too.

Good family friendly resort in a great location. Staff is very friendly, front desk very hard to fulfill all wishes. Unfortunately, a two class system by gradations in family and adults only. Some areas are still accessible or must be booked for a fee. Was for our vacation but unproblematic.

Great establishment. Nothing to say. Quiet clean friendly staff and attentive. Well organised. Room maintained. Meals varied and very good. It should just improve the tastes of some deserts and cut the shares because some holiday makers do anything. So there is a lot of cakes ... thank you to the establishment for the quality of your home and benefits.

Very good food, small differences for those who go with children, x example I do not understand because we can not access the areas only adults if we leave the children in the miniclub ... I guess it will be a matter of paying more and changing wristbands. ..de rest everything very well ... well the pool is cold, at least for me taste and the charming staff, especially Miguel and Dunia, some cracks!

No adult-only. You will be confronted with children every breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only adult-only bar closes at 6 p.m. In that respect one big disappointment!
Food is very mediocre - you don't have to chew pasta (al dente she is strange here), fries are weak, fish is often fried too long and therefore dry.

The hotel is generally getting a bit old, but that...

The hotel is generally getting a bit old, but that is not very disturbing. On site we decided to switch from the all-inclusive wooden class (blue ribbon) to the premium class (black bench) this cost an additional 168 for a week for 2 adults. Well! Unfortunately, they forgot to tell us that the restaurant visits that are included are limited to max. 1 visit per restaurant is limited and it would be best to reserve directly. On the evening of our arrival, we immediately made up for this to find out that there was only one day left on which we could eat in the restaurants. So sorry for the way of expression but then it was eat or die. Far from the promised al a cart menu. You get a menu plan for the respective days and either you take this or the vegetarian counterpart or not what is a la cart understands who wants.
The restaurant La Lagar was not that good, both the food and the ambience. Chicken dry, vegetables half done so really not good. The other restaurant, LaChoza, was better. The main restaurant was really not worthy of a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately I can only say that this was the worst 4 star hotel we have ever visited on Fuerteventura. On the main terrace with the bar it was also a matter of serving yourself, please queue. The staff is consistently either overwhelmed or there is not enough of it. It is definitely not a hotel for families with children. In the adults-only areas, even all-inclusive guests with a blue ribbon are very ugly turned away by the security staff of the place. There really is another way. All in all, if you like to eat your meat or fish completely dry and don't value quality in any other way, you've come to the right place. Too many rowdy English people who have now discovered this hotel for themselves make the picture and the stay ultimately perfect . We will definitely never go back here.

It's a decent hotel. The rooms are sparse but clean. The quality of the food is something between the cafeteria and the restaurant and after 9:30 p.m. there is nowhere to eat. Not even a machine exists. The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The balcony has an automatic floodlight quality lamp that does not turn off before 10:30 p.m. The massages that are offered are not overpriced and very good. The staff is quite friendly, but their ability to show friendliness is a little limited by the rigid rules. I think you get your money's worth if the food is not important to you, you can't fault the drinks and the beach below the hotel is beautiful.

Great hotel, good food, nicely located overlooking the ocean, the only minus is the cold water in the main pool I recommend to buy black armbands especially at the end of 3 days is the room to the very end which is very useful and you can use other pools with hotter water
