Sent an email and no reply. Twice when checking an item out over a course of a couple years I was told you know you have a fine? Absolutely not I said.I inquired and no response. I was exonerated BUT, I don't want the library to think I am lying ? Lady responded maybe it snowed? I said I believe it did the day I returned to the BOX.So if staff is checking back in items after a snow closure you'd think they would cross reference due date and the snow event?

It's the loudest library I've ever been in. Constant noise being made by staff who seem oblivious to their surroundings. I'm sitting here right now trying to study as someone bangs away in the next room with a hammer.

What an amazing treasure in Williamsport! It is so much more than just books - you can use the computers to do research, job search, or just surf the internet. You can also get your passport taken. And you can also check out games to entertain your family.

Love this library, they have a wide selection of books and moviesfor adults and children.. on the children's side - They also offer things to do that you can get your kids involved in if you ask for the calendar. They have a train table there, other activities for kids to engage in and there is a pet Tortoise. It really is a great library.

Busy compared to other public libraries with several public computers. Good new acquisition selection from the entrance. Several floors of books and wide areas to sit and read. Civil War and hunting/fishing books are a hidden discovery.
