Karen Rathbone is my personal training. She has been amazing and with her help and guidance i am now able to walk unaided. She is very professional and adapts my workouts to my abilities that week due to the medical condition i have. I would definitely recommemd her to anyone.

Over the past two years Karen Rathbone has enabled both my partner and myself to take a holistic approach to health, exercise and nutrition. Exercises and lifestyle changes were individualised to take account of our age and abilities. Exercise and meal plans were provided as a guide.
We received encouragement and our progress in losing weight, building our strength and mobility was monitored.
In addition several exercises were set up to help us to avoid injury.
I would recommend Karen both as a trainer and coach, above all her skills and positive approach for health fitness alongside the development of a trusting working relationship

I ve been training with Karen at James Pittam Health and Fitness since July 2018 and it s been a great experience. I ve gone from being a complete novice who had never been to a gym before to someone who knows how to use the machines, do the exercises properly and I can see the positive results. Karen has given me several programmes to work on outside of the training sessions, and she pushes me when she knows I can work harder. My general fitness and confidence have increased as a result of the training I receive from her.

I ve trained with Andy Murray-Jones for a number of years. Andy has supported and motivated me to lose weight and gain confidence in the gym. I trained with Andy throughout my pregnancy where his wealth of experience was so important to ensure that I trained correctly at all times. Andy also helped me regain my confidence in the gym after pregnancy which was really important to me. I fully trust Andy to develop training plans for me and to advise me on my fitness journey and to keep me motivated throughout. Thank you to Andy and James for their professionalism, motivation and commitment.

I'm two weeks into training with Hollie and she's amazing. She knows how to push me and gives me the confidence to keep going when I want to stop. Sessions are always varied and I now look forward to them each week. She gives great advice on form and nutrition - looking forward to seeing how my body changes!
