Over the past two years Karen Rathbone has enabled both my partner and myself to take a holistic approach to health, exercise and nutrition. Exercises and lifestyle changes were individualised to take account of our age and abilities. Exercise and meal plans were provided as a guide.
We received encouragement and our progress in losing weight, building our strength and mobility was monitored.
In addition several exercises were set up to help us to avoid injury.
I would recommend Karen both as a trainer and coach, above all her skills and positive approach for health fitness alongside the development of a trusting working relationship
