I had my vehicle serviced for the 4th time for the same rattle noise issue coming from the dashboard area. The first 2 attempts resulted in "we could not hear the noise" answer after several days in service. For the 3rd attempts, I took the mechanic for a ride to make sure he could hear the annoying noise which he acknowledge. took an appointment for service a week later. My car stayed over 5 days in service. When I picked up the car, I was explained what has been done to "fix" the issue. Looks like nobody took a test ride after the "fix" as the noise was still the same. I could notice it just pulling out of the dealership parking lot!! Extremely frustrating to say the least. I immediately noticed the service advisor, went back a few days later and took the service advisor for a ride and he acknowledged the noise was still present. Booked another appointment but this time, my car stayed 3 weeks in service!! I had again to do follow ups myself to know the status because the dealership would not just let me know on their own. After 3 weeks in service, i picked up my car and the service advisor explained me they had to dismantle everything below the string wheel (cover, carpet, seats...) in the driver side and rework the sheet metal!! Well, as I pulled out of the dealership parking lot the exact same noise was still present!! I could not believe it and immediately advise the service advisor. Now my car is in service again for the 5th times and already 5 days in (and counting) as I write this review. I asked an update yesterday and sounded like they were just starting to "work" on it...the service advisor replied that he will know more beginning of next week as to when my car will be ready...meaning I will be without my car again for 2 weeks. It is extremely frustrating to pay for such high end brand and receive such a poor service. Wondering if Jaguar will financially compensate me for the high payment I make on this vehicle without being able to use it for around 8 weeks now due to the dealership incompetencies. I love that car but will definitely not get another one and will move back to a German brand when the time comes.
