I made an appointment for noon on a Monday. I brought the car (09 Jag XF) in (late) however i wasn't notified of the issue with my vehicle until Friday afternoon. Unacceptable. Furthermore, I was told I had to buy a gear select module 1st (est $1000) before they could even do a real diagnostic on the vehicle because they couldn't get my vehicle into gear. This means that i have to pay over a grand before they could look at anything then on top of that, it took several days for them to tell me that when they could have notified me on Tuesday or maybe even on Wednesday but to be told that on a Friday afternoon when I dropped the vehicle off on a Monday is totally Unacceptable. To make matters worse I still paid a $169 service fee just because they basically attempted to start the car. Unacceptable business. I've had my Jag over 10 years and i have never had service like this before.

Dealership is small and parking lot was congested. I was greeted pleasantly and the car was maintenance in the time window promised. Overall a pleasant experience which it should be coming from a luxury line of dealership.
Thanks to Amber & other service personal for their honest testing of the battery on my F-Pace which was about two month from the end of 5y warranty. As a result battery was replaced.

Went there for annual maintenance & brakes. They provided a free loaner & was in & out quickly. The service rep was upfront on all charges & provided a superb service. This service department is a model for how customer service should be.

Always a great experience at this dealership. They changed the oil on my 2014 XJR and did a thorough, complimentary multi point safety inspection while I waited and enjoyed a couple of cups of delicious espresso in the guest lounge. In less than 45 minutes, Tony the Chief Technician approached me with a status report and then took the time to talk to me about my driving experience with the car and to see if I had any questions. Then we traded Jaguar stories, hockey stories, and discussed Jaguar's decision to go all electric in 2024. I look forward to my next visit.
I initially went and test drove four vehicles beginning of May. 1st I was not greeted so I went outside and started to look at the cars. Eventually I was greeted and was taken on the test drives. The salesperson was nice and the test drives were good. I told her I was wanting to finance not lease in June. So June rolls around and I sent an email about a vehicle on their website. She replied with lease rates. No printout of the vehicle with the break down. So I replied and asked for finance pricing (even though she should have known I wanted to finance not lease). I never heard anything back so the next day I emailed the Manager and asked him to refer me to someone who has the time to reply to an email. I never heard back from him, instead she emailed me the finance price with the wrong down pymt amount and proceeded to tell me it s super discounted already. Again, no worksheet with pricing, just a half attempt at a reply. I never received anything official or remotely close to an email that resembles a luxury/professional reply. I went ahead and bought a Porsche. I m glad, because I can only imagine having to deal with them if/when I need anything from them...
Everyone is fantastic at Jaguar Farmington Hills! I will always go to them for repairs on my current car, and when I decide to get a new one! Thank you for always treating me well.

I love bringing my vehicles to be serviced at this location in Farmington Hills, Michigan. All the staff is always courteous, professional, knowledgeable and conscientious about their serving their customers. The mechanic servicing my vehicles are a cut above the rest. I cannot say enough about this dealership, do yourself a favor and come by and see for yourself.

I arrive a few minutes early for my scheduled appointment. It appeared to be a busy morning, but Ryan got my XE into the que on time. They performed the routine annual services, and two small recall items that I had put off, and the car was returned to me as timely as promised. They washed the car, which I always appreciate. I spent my time in their lobby reading my recent who-done-it.
Service is horrible. No loners available on a warranty issue on a 1 year old vehicle. Then said don t drive it but can t get me in for 6 days. Rent a car. Ridiculous!
Great experience. Brought by XJ8 for service. They managed expectations and cost. It was completed prior to the promised date and 15% below the estimated cost. That doesn't happen anywhere. Best news. They fixed everything correctly and the first time. Never going anywhere else.
The air conditioner compressor was replaced, since the ac was intermittent. Now, a month later, there is still an issue during hot weather. The ac stops when the outside temp is greater than 87 degrees - this was the problem the three times previously that I brought it in.
I have had the honor and privilege of working with Johnny for my Jaguar XJL, and the experience to say the least was no short of awesome. Johnny even opened my car door for me like the gentleman he is and how often does anyone do that anymore! Good Morning, I would to say to that my experience wasn t the best or the worst. I would first like to say that I appreciate the loaner that was giving to me being that my car was with you all for awhile. I truly believe that I paid for services that I wasn t expecting nor was it the reason I brought my car into for services. My first time I brought my car in it was for a noise that I heard like a loud buzzing sound, and my car would shake after going over 30 in speed, I was told I needed a wheel alignment and the noise was something in the engine, and I needed rear brakes and rooters ( which I agreed to be fix if that was the problem. So I got my car back and the noise was still there and it was still shaking over 30 miles in speed so I was asked to bring my car back and then they said I needed a wheel balanced, and the noise was a sensor that needed to be replaced and then put back and painted. ( I assumed that a wheel alignment would ve caused them to do a wheel balancing). So I received a call from my service person and he shared with me that they wheel balanced was taken care of again me assuming that I was going to be able to ride with out any shakes. I picked up my car I was told that the reason that my car was shaking was due to me needing a set of new rims. I asked that my car be cleaned out fully under the circumstances that I was told why it took them awhile for my car to be complete due the dealership being closed due to Covid reasoning . I got my car back and it wasn t cleaned at all I had to wait almost an hour once I got there to pick up my car after I received a call saying that it was ready at 9am I got there a little after 2pm. So I m not a happy customer at all. I feel like I spent a lot of money and I m not happy with the service.
Took my Jaguar XJ to Jaguar of Farmington Hills which is owned erhard. I took it there with a leaky coolant problem. The car gets checked out and I get an email for $2026. For a coolant leak. So I call and speak to the service advisor and he tells me that if I go ahead with the repair it will be done at 6 PM. I go in early just to see why it would cost $2026 for a leaky coolant. He says to me that you are going to have these other leaks here or in the future So it s better to fix them all now instead of having it done later. So not giving me a break while they have it all apart and just charge me for the hoses he gives me a price of $2026. I told him you already have it apart so give me a break. so he drops it down to $1600. And then it s not ready because they broke something will repairing my XJ and I have to pay for a rental car for two extra days in a row. they did not tell me what they broke. it was not on the invoice. so i am smelling alot of coolant and its still leaking And I have called them and left him three messages by phone and three messages by email and still no return call from the service advisor. Looks like I m gonna have to take to Jaguar Troy or suburban and had them fix it correct. or somewhere else. then take Erhard or Jaguar of Farmington Hills to court. If I could leave zero stars I would. I didn t have a problem paying $1600 and negotiate with them for the leak but then I had an extra three days of rental car because they broke something on my car and wont tell me. Well they got $1600 from me but they will never get any more of my business. I have many friends that drive exotic BMWs and Jaguar s and rovers As a matter fact I had two friends that had their vehicles there at the time. I will let them know what Jaguar of Farmington Hills and Erhard did tp me. Shame on a dealer that sells jaguars range rovers and BMWs to treat people like this.
Bought a jaguar from this dealership about a year ago, within the first month of owning the vehicle we experienced numerous complications with the touchscreen, which note that that controls just about everything in the vehicle including heat and air-conditioning. They said that this was a common issue and updated the software. This is happened again about seven different occasions, each time I have been told that it s a software issue and that they are working on fixing it. Even though I live about an hour and a half away from the dealership, I was told that I would not be reimbursed on any of the miles for my lease. They told me that Their corporate office told them to update the vehicle and give it back to the customer, knowing that the radio functionality does not work. They offered no additional assistance, or any sort of reimbursement for the numerous complications. Would not recommend dealing with this company.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER . the manager rob the worse manager i ever dealt . i went to buy a car for my wife for x-mas the manager refused to deliver the car after i told him i'm buying the for x-ams gift after i drove 3 hrs for it. he over charged me for plate alomst $1300 which is ripe off i call the BMV they told me the charge is $765+15 for the plate. i called the manger boss and i told him about the problem do you think he called back to solve the problem of corse no. i don't recommend this dealer to no one.
Best Jaguar S-Type mechanic in Michigan. Always able to diagnose unusual issues and offer cost effective solutions to keep my old cat on the road. Car is also washed, inside and out every time. Service Advisor's are always professional and communicate very well.
I had my vehicle serviced for the 4th time for the same rattle noise issue coming from the dashboard area. The first 2 attempts resulted in "we could not hear the noise" answer after several days in service. For the 3rd attempts, I took the mechanic for a ride to make sure he could hear the annoying noise which he acknowledge. took an appointment for service a week later. My car stayed over 5 days in service. When I picked up the car, I was explained what has been done to "fix" the issue. Looks like nobody took a test ride after the "fix" as the noise was still the same. I could notice it just pulling out of the dealership parking lot!! Extremely frustrating to say the least. I immediately noticed the service advisor, went back a few days later and took the service advisor for a ride and he acknowledged the noise was still present. Booked another appointment but this time, my car stayed 3 weeks in service!! I had again to do follow ups myself to know the status because the dealership would not just let me know on their own. After 3 weeks in service, i picked up my car and the service advisor explained me they had to dismantle everything below the string wheel (cover, carpet, seats...) in the driver side and rework the sheet metal!! Well, as I pulled out of the dealership parking lot the exact same noise was still present!! I could not believe it and immediately advise the service advisor. Now my car is in service again for the 5th times and already 5 days in (and counting) as I write this review. I asked an update yesterday and sounded like they were just starting to "work" on it...the service advisor replied that he will know more beginning of next week as to when my car will be ready...meaning I will be without my car again for 2 weeks. It is extremely frustrating to pay for such high end brand and receive such a poor service. Wondering if Jaguar will financially compensate me for the high payment I make on this vehicle without being able to use it for around 8 weeks now due to the dealership incompetencies. I love that car but will definitely not get another one and will move back to a German brand when the time comes.
Excellent customer service especially from David. It was a great experience and I would definitely travel back to Michigan just to purchase from this dealership again. David and the rest of the sales team were very professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to accommodate us.
