Great resort in the national park. Lots of friendly people here.
Very nice clean lodge. Got quite busy after we arrived but still a vrry nice experience!
We just stopped in on our way through the Tetons and we're blown away by this lodge. The view out the windows is gorgeous and the interior is so hospitable, it's really surreal to be there.
View up the main staircase to the eating area was breathtaking.
Very nice Lodge, though we only went for dinner and did some shopping. Shops had nice assortment of apparel and souvenirs. Dinner was alright, though my burger was a bit overcooked, otherwise it was very good.
Just stopped in to use the internet, which was extremely slow. Otherwise, it was very nice.
We had several rooms here, family vacation. We had the classic cottage room and then the Mountain View room. It was a nice place for everyone. I loved sitting outside in the morning with my cup of hot coffee enjoying the crisp morning air, we stayed in September 2015, listening to the elk. I wished they would have offered a free breakfast buffet.
Love love this place!!! Always a good place to visit. The scenery is amazing!!
Stunning setting. Helpful, professional staff, good food & nice shopping. Great selection of adventures to choose from
Great place to stop and have lunch and take in the views.
Best Bison New York cut steaks ever! Do not skip this if you live steak.
Stunning views out the back of the Tetons. Go for the experience and the views. Mediocre food - try the bison burger and avo toast - but good drinks. Still worth it!
Very pretty views. Comfy seats after lots of hiking.
The view was incredible, the food delicious and flavorful. I had the tostadas with goat cheese, pulled pork and aoli sauce, my husband had the shaved rib eye sandwich. Our server was very nice and provided excellent service, she pulled the shade down as soon as the sun was in our eyes. We didn't even have to ask her to. We will be back, very soon!
We got one of the cottage for the night. The room was great. Great speed for wifi. They are very flexible on check-in and check-out times. There's 3 restaurants in the lodge along with some stores. The concierge was very helpful too. The lodge has a great view of the Tetons.
Trashed "cottage". Utterly disappointed.
My mom and I booked a cottage at the lodge for one night while passing though the national parks on a road trip and we were able to easy book a room over the phone, the staff at the front desk were very nice and the park is beautiful but other than that we were both beyond grossed out. (side note- we received the great walk in rate of $242 inclusive of taxes).
We arrived shortly after sunset to our cottage and the light was on (we assumed that it was done by the park staff because we arrived late- they say it was not them). Upon entering the room we found that the beds had been laid in, there was an almost empty container of Arizona tea on the table next to the coffee maker and a plastic cup that said "2 shots" on it, the soap was also used. When we called the front desk they seemed confused as to how that could be and apologized profusely, we went back to the main lodge and they gave us different room.
It was very late when my mom and I began to unpack our bags in the new room but this was even more of a disappointment, the room had not been cleaned at all! there was trash everywhere under the cover of the bed sheets and the bathroom had not been cleaned well in a while it appears.
The next morning when we checked out I mentioned this to the staff and they said "OK", and after I showed the photos I took they said we can speak to out housekeeping staff.
I am only sharing my experience to that you do not suffer the same disgusting fate as we did.
Just visited the main room and deck. Great views of Grand Tetons.
I was bit by a spider in Colter Bay Village recently. A lot of spiders come out especially when you are asleep. If you go to the restroom at night, you may find a lot of poisonous yellow/red spiders there. The service lady told me that she got bit too. There is no warning on their website. When I talked to Colter Bay Village, they said they are not responsible, and their attitudes were very bad.
Many other people also claim that they found spiders. Avoid this place! ! !
Great location and great rooms, love the view, clean, and the bathrooms are great
Spider company! Spider Colter Bay Village! Avoid this place! Forever!
This is an amazing location! The views are beautiful from the lodge.
Beautiful view of the Teton mountains. Great food, helpful staff and very close to the south entrance of yellowstone national park.
Great hiking, best view in GTNP; the view that bought the park. Lunch tree hill is an easy hike, bring water & bear spray.
Ate at the Pipneer Grill. Food was good and service was fast. Awesome counter and amazing huckleberry shake. Loved it!
The hotel is very nice and the views are absolutely stunning but we stopped in the bar and had the worst service I've possibly ever had. To be fair the food was good but I've had better service at a truck stop. After our order was taken someone else brought the food we had to go find someone to refill our drinks and then when the bill came they told us to take our time but we're back in less than a minute to try and close us out. Would have been nice if they paid that much attention to us during our meal.
Great place for a family adventure. Close to hiking and outdoor activities.
beautiful location. excellent views and pathways to walk around.
Very interesting. Enjoyed being here for a short time.
Beautiful view of tetons and wide selection of food
Beautiful view of the Tetons. Must visit if you are anywhere near Yellowstone!
I drove over 300 miles from Salt Lake City to Jackson Lake Lodge by rental car. There was no view of the Grand Teton range because I booked a cottage accommodation. There were twin wooden chairs at the end of the green garden. We loved this private circumstance.
When the female mousse appeared quietly at the front of the entrance, I was so surprised at her big size.
From lobby and dining room of the main building you can see the wonderful mountain scenery. There were three big vertical windows with colonial grill patterns in the lobby and through the windows your eyes can catch a meadow and the Jackson Lake in the front, Mt. Moran (3840 m) in the back and the Grand Peak Teton (4199 m) on the left. The grill patters looked like many vertical monitors therefore I developed an illusion that I was watching the Grand Teton range by 8K broadcasting with multi-display.
Teton Mountain from this angle is jagged like the back of the Hollywood version of Godzilla, but there is some distance. The front face of Teton Mountain can be seen a little further south that the direction back to Jackson Hole.

The view from the Mural room is breathtaking. Food and service is very good.
See the view from the terrace, in the mountains of Grantington, and at the foot of the boat come Squirrel. Time flowed slowly and I forgot everyday. Good sense of gift shop.
Was there for employee orientation for another location. Very friendly staff and useful information at orientation.
The cabins are very nice. They have fans and coffee machines, and nice bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable. If you walk over to the man building, there is an incredible view of the lake and the mountains. I saw a moose.
Sweet place for visiting the Grand Tetons. Very close to Yellowstone as well!!
Beautiful 100 year old building. Clean and great service
Gorgeous! Wonderful breakfast, lots of options, something for everyone. Close to shopping.
Great food and an amazing view of the mountains and the lake
Had dinner on the patio at the Blue Heron Lounge at Jackson Lake Lodge. The views of the Teton range across Jackson Lake were amazing. And so were the burgers, tostadas, and pork sandwiches.
The Cafe/Diner served Roast Beef for a French Dip Sandwich which was said to be "Brisket" and the Bartender at the other end was Very Rude to My Wife ! And the Drinks were Over Priced !
We really enjoyed our stay at the Jackson Lake Lodge, the views out the back of the facility were just fantastic. The sun sets over the mountain range every night and makes a great spectacle around dinner time. There are a couple of restaurants in the lodge which we visited frequently, the wait staff is very friendly, some have been traveling in and working at the lodge every summer for years and you have to think that's not a bad way to spend your time.
2 stars just for convinient location. No hot water ,no fridge, no tv and no microwave for that expensive apt.
Great view. Delicious food and nice service. Both outside as well as in a nice relaxed atmosphere.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable but ceiling fan is not sufficiently cooling our room and is noisy
Wonderful place, friendly staff. Absolutely stunning location.
Gorgeous views. Amazing views! Good but expensive food at the hotel grill (which don't have the great views of the fancier restaurant and bar).... But the service at the grill was fantastic.
The patio outback is a great place to look over Jackson Lake at the Grand Tetons while having a meal. At the tables engraved metal plaques of the Tetons include the names of each mountain.
Great place with beautiful hiking trails. Loved the Lunchtree Hill hike, and saw a great presentation by Teton Raptor Center in the back area. Wonderful!
I ate at the mural room. The food was extremely good, even though it had a pretty high price point
great place.pldnty car park space. what a spacious hall.those grizzly bears displayed and paintings good. a nice lady at the piano. step outside for a great view of the grand tetons. half moon.eerie sky. great camera shoots here.
al fresco eating too.
there were 2 great guys who showed us on thsir telescopez saturn rings and alpha elk males fighting a d 32 ewes in a line ,all belonging to the alpha. territory war.
and good food and lager we had at pioneer grill .
A very friendly place. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Good food and good service. Wonderful accommodations.
Great Service, good location...but a little pricey for the average family.
No TV, refrigerator, or full length closet in cabin. Lodge has a great view.
Had lunch there during the trip in Grant Tetan. Super view from the deck, would have sit there whole day if we had the time.
Cabins are cozy and comfortable. The beds are super comfy. Poolside BBQ was fantastic. The views from the lodge are amazing.
Stop even if you only check out the view in the lobby upstairs
Love, Love, Love Jackson Lake Lodge, the view is fantastic!
Excellent place
AAAAA
We want to share our experience specifically with the Mural Room Restaurant at Jackson Lake Lodge. While we enjoyed the hotel and had a great room, our dining experience with the Mural Room was terrible. First, don't be fooled by their advertising, the Mural Room is not an upscale intimate dining experience. It is a loud, giant dining room, in which you will see patrons dressed in just about anything that you would see out on the trails in the Tetons. Second, we made reservations at 6:30 and while we were seated reasonably quickly, it took nearly an hour to receive our appetizer. It then took another 90 minutes to receive our entrees. Our waitress apologized and brought us some sorbet in between, but no other accommodations were made. Our wine was warm by the time our dinner arrived. One of our entrees, an expensive fish dish, was dry and unappealing. I would have sent it back, but I didn't like the idea of eating at midnight. In the end we didn't get out of there (even skipping dessert) until around 9:20, missing the sunset that we were hoping to see. I would suggest that anyone avoid this dining room and eat at the Pioneer Grill instead.
On a positive note, the main hotel is lovely, the Pioneeer Grill is a cool place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner (if you don't mind eating at a counter), and the views from the rooms in the main hotel are superb. The location is also quite good for visiting he northern end of the Tetons park or the southern end of Yellowstone (still a bit of a drive).
ADDENDUM: We received a call from the hotel manager after they received our feedback. He acknowledged a problem with their kitchen that they had been working on and refunded the full price of our meal.
Incredible views from the Mural room, the Blue Heron bar and the extraordinary great room on the main floor.
The rooms in the lodge are unremarkable, but the building is so beautiful and the surrounding area is so magical, it's worth a stop.
Be sure to stop in the Pioneer Grill for milk Shakes and a great burger.
Service could have been better at the mural room. food was nice.
There is a beautiful short hike off the deck of Jackson lake lodge When a beautiful view of Jackson lake and the Teton mountain ranges. There is also a memorial to John D. Rockefeller. They have free Wi-Fi, fantastic chairs, and cute local shops.
We didn't stay, but had a nice meal with friendly service in the Pioneer Grill
Great menu, beautiful view, and fantastic Huckleberry Margherita.
Dang it, why did I order the Waygu? From Texas and of course it was one I should have left on the menu. Great views though and friendly wait staff!
Very clean hotel ... attentive welcome
Friendly staff.
Great views, which you can enjoy from the beautiful terrace while sipping some iced tea.
A slice of 5-star in the middle of absolutely nowhere. Stunning views.
Ok place but cabins do not have a/c. Food is over priced $34 for a cheeseburger and grilled cheese with 2 sodas
Staff were not very pleasant. I was lead to believe I wiuld have a room with a view. I did not. I was assigned to a cabin, which was quite a hike from the lodge. The bathroom and carpet was not very clean.
A beautiful old style lodge in an absolutely gorgeous place
