Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel Reviews

I m not one to complain but I was really disappointed in my stay there on Super Bowl Sunday, February 4. The flyer that was mailed to me stated that there would be games prizes and other activities during the Super Bowl . When we first got there we were not sure where to go participate in the Super Bowl party so we walked around and finally found The area for the party . Went into the area of the bar and grill and asked a member of your staff what the tickets were for and he told us a drawing at the end of the game. Well needless to say we didn t get a T-shirt there were no prizes there was no drawing at the end of the game everyone was leaving so we went on to find something else to do , other people were asking us questions about where the party was and things like that also not my job. So then we went to find something else to do the arcade was out of order the weight room was closed but did not have a sign on the door that you had to go to the front desk get a key we didn t see that till we got back to Room. So we decided to go swimming once we enter the pool area there were no towels they were scattered all over the pool I had to go to the front desk get towels other people were coming in with no towels it was a mess. At check-in the person that was checking us in was very rude and crabby if they don t like the job find another one we had to go get a new card and the person at the front desk just told me yeah put your bags back there in that room I didn t know what I was doing and I really don t wanna leave my bags unattended in the room with the door open so I sat and waited for my husband to go get his card. Oh and the coffee pot didn t work . I had to go to the cashier and ask a question she was very rude . Then we went back to her room and the ice machine was out of order . So needless to say our stay was terrible . Oh and my machine jammed and it took almost an hour for someone to come and help me. I hope the employees remember customer service and if they don t like their jobs maybe they should find another one if they are that miserable.. smile It s contagious!!!!

The whirlpool suites are very nice. The food is ok for what pay.

Wonderful place for a variety of events and activities.

Be warned the slot play at this casino is patheticly bad. The environment is pretty good, the casino looks good, but the play is near the worst in the state. If you want more bang for your slot gambling buck try Prairies Edge. The casino is not as visually pleasing, but a night and day difference in regards to play.

Restaurants food was terriby

This is the worst casino I have been to in Minnesota spent 2 nights there our hotel room has no fridge, or microwave and the toilet did not operate complained twice maintenance came in slopped toilet water on the floor and left it there and problem was never fixed complained on checkout and no compensation for having to leave our room to use the bathroom all weekend, also the sports bar service was terrible ordered food waited about 30 minutes then server came and said she forgot to place our order drinks are watered down to get you to pay extra if you want a decent drink avoid going here

Amazing experience if you have the right amount of money

Once again the staff was rude, we were waiting for are food and several other customer we complaing how long it was taken and there was really no one in the new fast food place, and the prices u pay ain't worth it.and the slot machines are alot messy as u can tell .

I'm not too crazy about jackpot junction. The place is small which is okay but of the times that I've been here I have not won "Jack".
I was curious to find out if maybe it was just bad luck after my first time of not winning anything so I came back two more times and studies have revealed that no, it is not bad luck on my part it is just bad payouts on jackpot junctions behalf. As in zero payout. Probably the worst casino I've ever been in.

First time spending the night. The staff at the front desk was rude and totally unprofessional. The manager was just as rude. The suite stunk and dirty and the bathroom OM, the worst. Went to get a player's card and was treated with such disrespect. Never again, Never again.

Upon arriving, staff was friendly, welcoming and accomodating with an upgraded room at a price that was very reasonable.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, enjoyed a Fireplace suite. The room was spacious including a dining area, living room, seperate bedroom with a comfy king-sized bed. The bathroom was huge with jacuzzi tub, large shower, double sinks and a spacious vanity mirror. Room was stunningly clean and inviting. Definitely look forward to coming back and recommending to friends and family.

Typical Midwest casino, lot of games. I had a good philly wrap in the sports bar.

Love the place very accommodating and friendly people

The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, the buffet in the morning was very unpleasant, and the the shower sprayed everywhere but on my body. Would not recommend.

Slot machines don't pay at all. Also only has a small variety of machines to choose from.

Rooms were fine. The breakfast at Dakotah Restaurant was awesome. Great deal with really good food. Even better than the dinner the night before.

Play bingo there and play machines some time. Really enjoy going there.

Food was good kinda over priced! Got bag of popcorn 2.50! Seen alot of none social dist seen 4 people playing at the jack black table slot machines were NOT 6 FT APART! I aet and left!

My family enjoyed our weekend here with extended family. The lobby area was very busy but kept clean. It snowed and was a very cold weekend, but the Jackpot Junction staff kept the area free of ice and snow. Our rooms were neat and orderly. The entertainment venues are terrific! The kids definitely enjoyed the water park area as well. We will be back and look forward to our next stay!

Ok casino ... room was decent but not worth what paid

Friendly staff good restaurants and plenty of fun to go around.

It was my first casino experience and I enjoyed it even though I lost some money. The staff was friendly and helpful and the machines were pretty fun.

Seasons buffet is terribly bland. But, the entertainment is always a good and the machines are fairly loose. At times. Kinda.

The casino of OUR choice! One employee interestingly enough calls us the red eyed caddies because of the EARLY morning hours we choose to go there at. Pleasant staff!

Stayed overnight on Friday. Was quiet on fifth floor. Did not go home a winner on slots. Have had better dinner buffet. Breakfast good in Dacota. Had good time.

There were dead bugs in the light in the bathroom, the blankets weren't the cleanest, there was dust all around the TV, the remote didn't work right, and there was a questionable stain on one of the beds. I slept on top of the covers. At the very least the buffet was good.

Ehhhh. It's alot of slots. Not many tables or anything else it appeared. The layout of the casino is a bit hard to navigate, but I think that may actually be intentionally done by casinos. To confuse people hoping in the midst of confusion they will spend money.

May as well just give them your money when you're at the door.

Was at the casino for a concert. Arrived 2 hours early to eat before going. The restatement were super busy and it seemed there was not enough staff. Ended up being about 30 minutes late for concert.

We have stayed here every year since before the casino was built. They were totally dialed in on preparations for virus prevention. The doors to enter and exit were clearly marked for one-way traffic. Automatic temperature check stations upon entry, with security making sure everyone wore appropriate masks. Rooms had extra blankets wrapped in plastic bags. Soaps, shampoos oh, and extras were provided on request so there was no question of what in the room had been touched by other people. Staff made it clear that there was no Kleenex in the room because after every guest they threw away leftover Kleenex and toilet paper to minimize virus spread. We have a family member with compromised immunity that is a senior. Everyone felt very secure and safe. Thank you very much.

Customer service great. Lobster rubbery, steak tough.

We arrived relatively late in the evening on our way to Minneapolis, as such the main restaurants were closed. The food at the bar was excellent, and the bartender was wonderful. Due to the affordable nature of the hotel we opted for a suite over a standard room. Our only recommendation: fitted sheets on the bed. The casino floor was much larger than we expected, and quite nice.

Jackpot Junction is normally one of my favorite casinos to go to generally speaking the staff is kind courteous and very knowledgeable. However on this trip I was giving the wrong room and they were not able to accommodate me to the room that I actually ordered and they actually became kind of rude about it. They said I booked theoughso too bad so sad type stuff. And then yes it was my fault but I fell asleep about 11 and I woke up at 1 and even though there is a room snafu and all these things they still charged me a $20 late fee. normally I would have no problem paying the late fee because you know I did check out late but in this situation being I did not get the room I paid for I paid $139 and I did not get $139 room I think they should have waived the $20 late fee and probably done something different with my rate so I don't know if I'll go there anymore and I've been a pretty loyal customer very disappointed shame on you Jackpot Junction.

My little get away when I want to enjoy a little slice of Vegas without the travel. Great slots, polite workers and just all around nice. Even if I loose I still walk out a winner because I always enjoy the visit

This is an update to a previous post. I am being MOST GENEROUS WITH THIS POST due to the fact that I am a decent, law abiding HUMAN BEING! I speak for myself when I say that the MOST PERSONS THAT ARE EMPLOYED there are friendly. I did however run into someone in a suit named JIM. Jim REFUSED to give me his last name after I requested it because he touched me!!!Jim purposely did so trying to DRESS ME IN WHAT HE THOUGHT WAS APPROPRIATE. THIS IS MY INTERPRETATION OF HIS REASONING! HE FIRST MOTIONED AND POINTED TO MY BREAST! OH MY MY!!! MY TANK TOP WAS SAGGED DOWN AND MY BRA WAS SHOWING!!! I PULLED UP MY TANK TOP. HE THEN GRABBED MY ARM AND SWEATER TO TRY AND PULL IT UP TO MY SHOULDER!! I WIGGLED MY ARM AWAY AND YELLED AT HIM TO STOP TOUCHING ME!!!

I tried to find out Jim's last name afterward by going up to the cashier's cage. I was stalled there by lies of someone coming out to talk to me for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. I left to go to my room to gather my things to leave the place, called my friends along the way. They came down to meet me.where we were stopped by SECURITY & TOLD WE COULD NOT GO TO OUR ROOMS!! AFTER STANDING THERE FOR A BIT I ASKED IF I WAS BEING HELD THERE FOR ANY SPECIFIC REASON! I DEMANDED ACCESS TO MY ROOM! I GATHERED MY THINGS. TALKED TO THE POLICE BEFORE LEAVING.
I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE WHERE THEY WOULD EMPLOY SUCH A PERSON AND TREAT ME THE WAY THEY DID!!!!

As far as casino's go, it is decent. I don't have a lot to say about it as it is just kind of average. The buffet is okay. The main restaurant is okay. I have heard that the golf course is nice but I have not personally played it.

me and netaya always ho to the resturant after school and we go to caraboo. I love this place, we always come here and we love it always. BUT wen I got hot chocolate it burnt my toung. And I hate the way it is not making the rez money and pc is going down another $200 THANKS TO THIS STUPID ASS PRESEDENT OF OURS?!?

We were there during the Superbowl. Their are only a few card tables, it's mostly slot machines. Good variety of them. However for the game the bar was full but there were only 2 waiters and they could not keep up. We had to go to the bar and wait there to order every drink. They should have staffed up. So not happy with the service during the game. Everything else went well though.

Seriously. Hosting a gun show. But don't bring a gun on your person? Another place I won't go back to. Because the unsafest place is a gun free zone. Licensed gun permit holders are your safest customers.
