Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel Review

The casino seems like it s very slow and I was told the table games stop at 2 am ! So the casino is not 24/7 which is very disappointing and the dealers are super unfriendly ! They don t even like to talk to the customers ! Very disappointed at the dealers ! And the place seem to be dead !

Good place to stay and eat but I suggest if you go there don't play the slot machines.

Very smokey but lots of great machines and entertainment.

Employees treat you like family. Nice clean casino with live entertainment. Buffet is currently closed for renovation.

I had a great time at Jackpot Junction. The dealers were friendly. And the neway remodeled casino looked great. I will be stopping again!

I'm not a fan of casino's. Too much smoke. Was here for a concert. Concert area is decent. the lines for beer/food were way long.... Lots of smoke even in the no smoking concert area. Bartender at the round bar when you walk in was horrible... unfriendly, didn't even acknowledge us, was throwing stuff around (towels, beer bottles, credit cards). Won't return any time soon. That said it wasn't horrible and if there was a show I wanted to see there I'd return.

I dont know what the cook added to my food after i sent it back but i do know ill be calling around tomorrow to see if someone can find out cause it made me super sick if there is something funny in it i will be sueing..... Since buffet closed down food in Dakota restraunt sucks they have cooks that don't know how to make the food very very disapointed

Freindly employees, good atmosphere and great machines. Love the restaurant and gift shop

More slots than you could imagine. No roulette or craps. But poker is available. The food here is ok.

Fun casino. Nice campground with paved parking for campers and full hook up. Just needs more trees. We camp there several times a summer.

I went to see the Fab Four play and I thought it was amazing! I hope to see the band again, I also got back home from the casino today, I love going! This is my all time favorite Casino! The security is very nice, the staff is nice, the slot machines are really fun and the tables are fun to play! The restaurants are very good too! I love going to jackpot I'm always excited to go and always leave satisfied!

Rooms are clean, staff is helpful, casino is keep clean. Great place to meet friends for a night of fun.

We visited with family there and had a great dinner. We did not stay overnight.

I went to Jackpot Junction for the day with 2 other people. We had a very good time. The service was amazing. The slots at Jackpot Junction are loose. We had a good time. The food at the restaurant was very good as well. I wou lo s definitely go again.

Probably the worst Casino I've ever been to! Staff was rude and stuck up, played some poker and the dealer was just going through the motions and talking to another dealer instead of paying attention to players! I played the slots after that and spent quite a bit of money and didn't even come close to even! Couldn't even get a drink from a server! I wouldn't waste any more money here if they were giving it away.

Love the friendly atmosphere, great selection of machines and I wish they paid out a little better. But that's the chance you take.

It has a good pool but wouldn't allow 15 year old in weight room he knew how to use the equipment. We over all had fun.

We came to have fun on our Anniversary. I checked their website so we could follow Covid policies and after going through the check in and wearing masks/ medical shield we were asked to leave because of a policy change. We had our day ruined within 15 minutes of getting there!! Medical shields are allowed in care centers, schools etc. but not there!! Won t be back, will go out of state!

Haven't been there in 18 years no free plays for old card holder and didn't see any jackpots and only heard about people loosing

This place is beginning to get dated. Hotel just needs a good cleaning/freshing up. Heard they had new beds and they were comfortable. Buffet was bad. Food either ran out or limited. Dessert area was a mess. Food tipped over or lying on the ground. Friends of ours had an incident with the manager about this. They ended up leaving. Ate at the regular restaurant. Maybe five tables and took 10 minutes for the waitress to show up. Thank God they a Caribou. Casino is ok except it allows smoking. You stink when you leave it. My rating is more based on service. Casinos want you to gamble. They should have the best service possible so you come back. Doubt we will anytime soon.

Missed the closed Buffett No need to stop here again.

Machines don t pay out and staff is horrible at there job they did not help me with the problem the machines rip you off and the staff did nothing about it

Tightest machines ever worst customer service I have ever had in my life don't honor their promotions I had problems with the people in the restaurant on a to-go order first thing to eat everywhere I went everything I did the employees wear the worst -10 Stars

I've been at much nicer casinos. I guess ok entertainment. Played 3 hrs. Tight machines! No cocktail waitresses at all! 4$ tap beer at bar .

Small Indian casino. Bingo been lucky here a few times.

We have always enjoyed going to Jackpot Junction until they removed all the coffee makers from the rooms, except for the suites, They told me I would have to go from my room and find coffee in the casino , or wait until Caribou coffee opens at 6:00 a.m., as an early riser I enjoy a couple cups of coffee and read until my husband wakes up.... I sure hope they can correct this problem, until then I guess we will all have to pack a coffee maker in our suitcase, if we ever go back again.

The casino part was really fun but the buffet was terrible

Google asked me to rate this. The hotel is nice and I like the new remodel.

The room was in cleaning shavings in sink.called house clean they say they cleaned and was still nasty. The toilet didn't work either had to call on it also. Bed were very broke down. The casino was so Smoke filled was hard on your eyes and I'm a smoker.sad ,sad and they want you gambles in that much smoke. They didn't comp us a thing on room we paid well for. Not going back anytime soon!!!!!!

First off to be fair I was only here an hour. I played few hands of 21 and the dealer was friendly and easy going. Went to the gift shop and the young man there was very nice and patient as we cldnt decide which ring we wanted and my son wasn't sure on his size so he was asking the cashier for different sizes and styles and the young man didn't act like he was being bothered or irritated nor did his tone change. He remained helpful and friendly which ended with my son buying 2 and myself one. :)

Stay was OK. View outside window was looking into daycare outside area. 3 small plastic pools were visible with nasty water and junk floating in them. Didn't seem very clean. I can get over that with the blinds shut. Meal was catered by Jackpot. Food wasn't anything special. Not much taste but it filled the belly. Staff working were the highlight. All were pleasant and helpful.

Room was amazing, casino wasn't like it was the last time we were there.

Fun place, and friendly people. I want my money back!! Lol.. Be seeing you soon.

Great casino hotel rooms were okay I didn't care for the pillows little on the hard side

What a great concert. Seen Charley Pride 3 times before this concert and have to say at 84 years old he saved the best till last. Sang allot of songs that i never heard before and they were just beautiful. Also Jackpot has excellent sound crew and have the modern technology to have super concerts in there new theatre. Top Quality !!!!! 5 stars all the way.

Clean, well taken care of atmosphere. Little goodie bag of amenities given out at check-in. ALL games are open, not just every other one that most casinos are practicing. Mask rules apply except for eating, drinking and smoking. Payouts seem within correct percentage range(still lost... But I had fun...yes FUN!). Many a new games on the floor, almost like they updated all at once. Pricing on food has increased somewhat. Cost $11 for double bacon cheese burger with fries, burger was terrific though. Closes at 1 A.M. on weekdays, which is fine, person has got to rest. Enjoyable experience overall.

Great casino..rooms were clean and lots of great food

From texas to visit family in Madelia, hadn't been to Jackpot in over 20 years. Hotel addition was nice, would like to stay at the hotel a few days next time.

Renovations to the casino are nice. The rooms are pitiful. All smell like smoke, the bathroom lighting is very dim. 2 times now my shower wouldnt drain.

The restaurant had incredible food at very reasonable prices

I like it it's a great place to play slots machines, they have good food too.

No fridges in rooms. Also if you want to be gassed by second hand smoke in the entire hotel this is the place to be.

Had a wonderful time. Very cozy and quiet rooms. And spacious. Will return here again.

Only been once. I had a vary enjoyable time. No Indians asked me for money or ciggerettes which I found refreshing. I wasn't approached by Indians to buy thier drugs either which i found kinda lame. Probably why not a 5 star review. Inside is nice as well.

Every time I go to Jackpot Junction Casino/ Hotel I enjoy it more!! The staff is very friendly and professional!!

I did not stay the night, was just visiting the casino.
