The noise in the hallway was very very loud. I could hear everybody's conversations as they walked by. There was a pool tournament going on and there were very loud guests in the hallway.

It's been revamped and is a lot nicer than it used to be.

Just went out to eat at the restaurant. Always great food!

Can't win here!! I do like the buffet,but like I said very,very,Bad payout!.... Way-better to take the money that u will lose at Jackpot,and get a flight to las vegas where you will win!! The odds are way,way better in Las Vegas..! That's why the professional casino's & players are there....... No joke.... The only joke,is casino's that are not in Vegas---I have found that Las Vegas is the smartest place to try your odds!

Its a nice small casino to blow off some steam and maybe get lucky!

Went for the all you can eat lobster. Oysters were pretty clean.

You would never guess they are in the Hospitality business. The Employees seem like they've had no training nor do they have any work ethic. Lots of things wrong with the business they are running. I'll choose a different casino to donate my money to.

A fine casino and decent event center.. Good place for class reunion. I have not stayed at the hotel, but I believe it is good. They keep the place clean and modern.

We went to the resturant 3 times, first time we waited for at least 5 minutes and never were waited on so we left. The next visit we ordered breakfast and our hash browns tasted funny, I was sick to my stomach a little later. The 3rd visit was even worse, I ordered the Taco Salad and when it came it was a bowl of lettuce with a small spoonful of dried up meat that tasted like it had been in a pan for a few days. Yuck! I went to the counter to pay for the other meal but refused to pay for the salad, the lady at the counter never said a word she just took off the salad and I paid for the rest. No apology or anything. Horrible customer service here, not just one time but all three times. Will not give this place a fourth chance. Seems to me they need some management in this resturant.

I would advise anyone wanting to block off rooms here for a wedding to think again. Staff is less than helpful when it comes to accommodating wedding guests and wedding party alike. Standard check in time is 4pm, we asked to be able to get in at noon so we could get ready for our 2pm wedding. We were told we had to call on that day to find out if it was possible. Thing is that we are 3 hours away and would hate to drive all that way to find out we dont even have a place to get ready. What a joke. Dont have your wedding here, nor block rooms off for your wedding here as your guests and family will be pretty upset that they have no time to get ready. Who wants to drive wearing their wedding clothes for 3 hours? Id give them 0 stars if i could.

Comfortable, clean, full of amenities. Concierges were very helpful.

The snack bar is to expensive.They close way early being a 24 hour Casino.Its a good place to have fun but little chances on winning anything.

The hotel has a fantastic and accommodating staff. The pool area is huge (their toddler area is amazing). I will definitely come back! And the casino has been recently remodeled.

The hotel rooms need a little updating (not mini fridge or microwave), but otherwise have everything you would need. There is a small arcade for kids, fitness room, a 5 foot deep pool, a zero depth kiddie pool with a slide, hot tub, and sauna. There is also a restaurant, buffet, gift shop, and a Caribou Coffee shop.

So relaxed vibe and so many games to choose! Loved this casino. Energy was amazingly fun! I won so much money there and I feel like everyone knows me here so thats awesome! I go to other casinos and get lost in the crowd...

Just had my 3rd bad dining experience. This has become frequent. I ordered nachos. Quick, simple, easy! Took 30 minutes to get my food on a Sunday night, with 3 tables in the bar. The food came out with no salsa or sour cream! The ground beef was a fried up burger party that was mashed up. Greasy as all hell. The half an ice cream scoop of beef wasn't even tolerable. Please fix the food service. This is getting ridiculous

Perfect place to stay overnight swim eat gamble and drop off your kids at kids quest

I am actually from the reservation where jackpots located and I love it but the hospitality of the workers could be better

had brunch at the buffet.. prime rib was really good!

I went to the buffet with some family from out of state. Their buffet food was really good but the selection was a little small. I would definitely go again

Nothing has changed over the last several years.. Same out dated place, with mediocre food that isn't cheap. Probably will not visit again for several years.

Good stay. Always fun. Rude staff at bar and grill. No microwaves or fridges in rooms.

I agree on Thats ThatLean, this is the WORST HOTEL IN THE CITY OF MORTON, On my Memorial Day Stay, My mom needed to reheat food on the microwave, BUT THERE ISN'T ONE, NOT EVEN A FRIDGE!

Went for a day of fun but your slots are so tight now that fun is not what my husband and I had. Other people on the bus made the same comments. Bonuses did pay little or sometimes nothing. Buffet food was not hot. We used to look forward to coming to your casino but not anymore.

There's really nothing around these parts so having a casino was a little refreshing. The slots were EXTRA tight and there appears to be a buffet and restaurant here. The table games were not your traditional black jack. There seemed to be a lot of qruff tweaker looking people all around here and an abundance of elderly. I like the free soda pops and didn't gamble enough to really say the slots were tight. Lots of new machines with the flashy lights.

Location could be better, but overall it's a nice little casino

Very accommodating for our group. Great rooms, food and fun.

Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Nice to be able to rest and relax when enjoying the casino. Price not bad if you've got a discount or free! Staff is very fruendly and accomadating. Would stay again if gaming again. A nice little place to go and get away from all the hum drum of everyday life.

The new buffet has got to be a joke! What little food they had looked like it had been sitting there for hours. The place looks great. But the buffet was horrible. Won't be going back.

On most of the slot machines, you could hardly hear the sound, and there was no volume option.

Nice casino, buffet, restaurant, snack bar, gift shop and hotel. Nice reward program for bus groups.

So much fun and the smorgasbord was very very good. I will go back soon

the dealers in the casino were great and fun to chat with and the bar was quick with my drinks.

I would be very careful of using your credit card at casino. I purchased a round of bingo and signed a receipt for the charge of $51. When I checked my credit card statement their was a charge for $10 for a cash advance. The attendant never said a word about that there might be a charge for a cash advance and I never received a cash advance. I paid for a pack of bingo cards. I had enough cash but when I said I wanted to save that for slot machines she said I could use a credit card...never mentioning any other charges???? I think this is very deceptive and I will never play bingo there again.
