Really gone down hill in last 10 yrs.. Rooms were ...

Really gone down hill in last 10 yrs.. Rooms were shabby.. Casino was deserted.. The Caribou coffee in lobby was exceptional.
Desk clerks were hard to find.. And not very knowledgeable.
