Great service and food, the only downside is finding a parking place but it's worth it.

Excellent burgers and close to the boardwalk, you go out for a walk ...

Slow service and girl had me waiting as she refilled napkins. But never stepped behind counter to clean lobby area as it was filthy.

It was the best! The attention was excellent and very fast, the place very pleasant and very well located

Good service but breakfast burrito wasnt good. Hot sauce is hot though.

Jack n the Box has stepped it up in their non hamburgers menu. The expensive hamburgers are worth buying. The 4 is given because they don't pre-mix your coffee but rather give you the sugar and creamer to add it yourself (which makes it very challenging and potentially messy to do while you are in the car and having to drive), therefore McDonalds drive thru coffee purchasing is by far better.

Its fast service but they have a few problems with their restrooms being cleaned.

The food was very good and hot, the cashier served me very well and the place was clean. The bathrooms are old and need more care.

Jack in the box has become a disgusting place. People are sleeping in the booths and bathrooms. Bathroom is horrendous and the customer service is rude.

First time on West coast and wanted to try uncommon places to home. Good but nothing impressive.

Food and customer service good as always, but by far the dirtiest Jack in the Box,i have been too,and when i say dirty i mean dirty every where, bathrooms, every table, and soda station.

I celebrated my PhD yesterday in this great restaurant. I am glad to say that we had a fabulous evening and the place was unquestionably the reason for the fruitful event. The team helped in a sweet style, the cuisine was very good and my guests were extremely overjoyed. We shall absolutely return for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

It's nice for a quick bite to eat. It's mostly clean

Cheap food and the atmosphere at this spot is great. Good place to relax and unwind. The staff was very sociable and kind. It has a great interior. Menu is similar to a restaurant in Jacksonville I liked.

The best food you can get in a two block radius. Also the only food but that's cool.

Filthy inside and out from the windows to the tables to the floors. Service is mediocre at best.

I ordered a shake and I asked for a spoon the cachier gave me a straw so again I asked her for a spoon and again I was handled a straw

Dirty tables, too many homeless people just hanging out, weird homelessness smells while I was trying to eat my lunch... stay away

It was an...okay experience. I had nuggets and curly fries. Nuggets were a bit..off. But the Vanilla Cola 10/10!

Convenient quick and fast food. Cheap and quality is the same as other chain fast food.

I used the drive thru at 2am right after work and service was quick... I find it very convenient it's 24hrs... Construction around the site makes it confusing to access.

Its ok I use to eat burgers there but I never do now i'd only eat the fries they have twice put to much pepper on my burger when i use to eat there

Staff is nice. Food is just OK. It is J in the B, after all. I come for the cheap tacos when I'm on a budget--which is often. Free WiFi here, and they're open 24/7.

Open 24/7 with a drive through! That is enough to rate this place 4 star. But food is still jack in the box...

One of the few cheap eateries in the Embarcadero and Little Italy area. Shakes, hamburgers, curly fries and coffee/soft drinks.

If you're touring San Diego and visiting sites in this area, like the Maritime Museum, Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum, the County Building Family Water Park (free!) and wanna save $$$ then this is it.

It's a short walk from the expensive hub of Little Italy and right across from the SD County Building on Pacific Highway.

Decent amount of parking and near the airport.

I really like the tacos. Can't beat the price, especially when money is a little tight. Also I think they changed the shell. It is a lot more crunchy now.

Really good food.. It was hot and deliciousl. BUT the lady at the drive thru was rude. No professionalism! Said "HERE" when she handed us our food. I hate it when people say that!! She also was interrupting me and not paying attention when I was ordering and thus not getting my order right. She also had a huge black ball pericing on her lip that looked trashy and unprofessional!

Standard fast food joint. Easy stop close to San Diego Airport.

Clean and has a lot of sitting area. Food is basic inexpensive comfort food. Breakfast sandwich, coffee, juice, tacos, burgers and fries.Good for a quick bite. Handicap access.
