Big, surprising location with good food fairly priced during happy hour.

Cancelled the order because the staff was too busy to complete the order. At 3 pm midday. Yet still charged the credit card (they said refund is coming, we will see)

Dinner for two on the outside patio. Our server was funny and attentive. We had steaks done perfectly, salads were cold and crisp. Waiter chatted with us and brought us a tasty little chocolate cake to share. Pricey but I ve spent a lot more on a lot less.

Average lunch, but the atmosphere and view is eye candy.

The food was good. Service quick and friendly. Reservation process not wonderful. Left a message, was not called back. But they found a table for us.

Poor service. Ribs were not good- tough and dry. Brisket was good. Not planning to go back.

Good drinks (margarita) and ample pulled pork sandwich. Also and mostly great service.

Went to Desert Trip last weekend and discovered that the food vendor "Street Taco" was Jackalope Ranch. My husband and I had the Green chili verde bowl twice on Friday night. Again on Saturday, then Sunday. It was excellent. They ran out of the chili early on Sunday so we tried the Lobster tacos. What a treat! The guys working the booth were friendly and gave exceptional service! We look forward to going to the restaurant in the future.

Food and service were excellent. Best ribs I've ever had.

It was just okay. You can tell they have the same "perceived value" philosophy as Babe's. What a shame. We could use a good BBQ joint in the east valley.

Put salads back on the happy hour menu.. Please. We have loved going there in the past for happy hour. We were disappointed that they no longer have any kind of salads on the happy hour menu. We always liked the wedge or the Caesar with our other items.
Our service was great but we are no longer looking forward to returning.

We got there and the hoastes walked us to the table and dropped the menus on the table and was heading back to the front desk before the last of our party had reached the table. The food was great, the service was not great. The timing of the food was weird and the server never checked on us unless she was dropping something off. When the food runners brought the plates out they didn't know where anything went and we had to figure it out ourselves. There was no explanation of the sauce' s which is something you should showcase and be proud of.

Great food and superb service. We are outside, and it was outstanding. Grass area for the kids to walk in when they get bored, nice pond and carved stone benches under shade trees. Gas heaters if it gets chilly. We had salmon, seafood pasta and the kids had burgers and chicken. All very tasty and came quickly. We will come back.

Food was good nothing to rave about , but service was extremely slow & not real attentive .

The food was outstanding. My Husband had the Strawberry Mojito. It was refreshing. The Prime Rib, close 2nd to my Father In Laws. The Apple Dumpling Ala Mode, we couldn't stop eating it. - 5 Stars

The service, needs work - We had to ask for more water. It took way too long to get the dessert menu. - 3 Stars

Unimpressed. We're from Texas so we may be spoiled. The ribs were inedibly dry. Half the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. The beans and Cole slaw were under seasoned. The brisket was the best thing on the table and was very good. Salads were also very good.

OK, waited to do a review until we went back after a somewhat disastrous New Year's Eve dinner with friends. That can be a harried time for restaurants and didn't want to make a judgement based on that visit. Welllll, went back for lunch and the wait time to be seated was a bit long since there appeared to be plenty of empty tables. The service was very slow and the food just so-so. On the plus side, the parking was close by and the restrooms were clean. Doesn't live up to the hype.

Got married there. Staff was friendly. Food was very good and their grounds are quite lovely. Will be back for anniversaries!

Food is mediocre. Service is mediocre. Ambiance and decor are great. Nothing I've ordered has been horrible, but nothing has been great either- especially to justify the prices. You come for the look, not the food.

Had a great Happy Hour dinner out on the beautiful patio. We ate here before about 4 years ago. Will eat there again should we get back to the area.

Jackalope Restaurant was a beautiful restaurant. The service was terrible. The food took FOREVER. No one took our dirty plates away. Our appetizers came at the same time as our meal which was at least an hour after we were seated. The offered us free dessert for such bad service but they couldn't even get that right.

Great food, comfortable setting, great ribs. Go between 3:00 and 6:00 PM for happy hour pricing.

The food and service were amazing. The hamburgers are freshly ground in house. Nice menu for lunch. Good ambience. Really nice when you can sit outside. Prices were steep but worth every penny.

It was ok. Not the best and not the worst we have ever had, but for the most part, would say way over priced for the ambiance. It appears they are trying to look like a high-end, fine dining establishment, but it needs a lot of improvements to get that rating from me and I do a lot of fine dining! The wine list is mediocre at best and 40 + dollars for a rib eye that was over cooked is way over priced. People say they go to eat in the garden area, but that doesn't work when it is cold outside. Overall, we were disappointed in the rib eye, but the Portobello fries were a nice appetizer and the Prime Rib was tender. However, a top quality steak house would have offered Porterhouse, t-bones, etc. and would make real horse radish from scratch...

BBQ, very satisfying. cool place to meet and catch up with coworkers. there was quick and friendly service. the bill won't break you.

Good wait service , food is ok, drinks were watered down & sent them back- bartender was rude, staff apologized. But beautiful outdoor setting

First time visit. French dip and house made potato chips were excellent. Good service and I think the manager? ...stopped by the table and said hello. Will be back

We sat outside, it was BEAUTIFUL! Atmosphere was calming and perfect. Service is quick, attentive and very professional. Food was cooked perfectly and very tasty. Highly recommend!! Not every place cooks a filet as perfect as Jackalope! Will be visiting again!

Nice location, friendly staff and quick service. On Wednesdays they offer $ 13 burger 1/3 pound + beer. I liked it very much even if 1/3 Pound is a bit small

Beautiful surroundings fair prices and large portions. Food was very good, service ok.

I only gave it 3 stars because the service wasn't good. We were a big group of girls all latinas by the way and it almost felt that was the reason we weren't treated more attentive. The server never came to ask if we needed refills or just to ask if anything was needed. I did enjoy the food even thow it took a long time to be serve, when the place seem to be pretty empty. Would i recommend this place YES hoping you have a better experience then mine.

The waiters are always nice. I have had the chicken nachos they are amazing. I have also had wings they reminded me of eating soap and they were about 13 dollars for 6.

Delicious food, too bad a server dropped a whole plate of dishes on my daughter's head...they did show sincere concern.

Food was excellent , service was horrible! Our waitress (Gaby) was rude, inattentive, didn't bring us butter after asked, (but another waiter did and thank you) and slapping our bills down with no comment was our last straw. Had to finally ask a manager to get us our statement to sign which was brought by another waiter. Gaby needs to be fired!

The food was good. They do events well, just make sure you don't plan an event for a time when it is windy in the area, a sandstorm blew through a wedding there.

Patio is beautiful... Arrive for happy hour before 4pm to get a table on the patio. Food excellent!

We really loved our night out here. The food was great the drinks perfect. And the ambiance- out of this world. Ask for Teena, the greatest waitress who was out of this world. Do yourself a favor and get here.

It's a good place to go for a so so dinner. But it's great landscaping and great big booths.

What a joke, $20 drinks, miss-cooked food, appetizers coming out after entrees, three of our quests received uncooked burgers. 2.5 hours wasted and we should have went to In-n-out!!

The calamari fries as an app is a must!! We ate them too fast to take a photo of all the fries.

Happy hour in the patio is great. Drinks, food, music, and a special area to smoke a cigar.

Jackalope Ranch is great 4 out of 5 visits. During season be sure and have a reservation. Dawn is the best Front of House Manager, we always make sure she's working and we have a great time.

Always a fun place for lunch on the patio and great food.
