Very unhappy about this bank, if that's what this is. I was denied a very small loan on a pretty solid vehicle with 20% down payment out of my pocket and a 737 fico and I am a return customer who paid off his 60 months loan previously, in only 30 months. First, the website says instant decision in 2 minutes but that's a big lie since all 4 times I applied that never happened and than they will not contact you for any reason as if you never applied. As a bank you should know that exotic and classic vehicle buyers have a small time frame since someone else may grab their dream car so it is your responsibility to contact the customer either way! Than I called and they said that the vehicle I found cannot qualify since its a 1999, its not 20 years old yet. Its a 1999 Bentley with only 7995 miles and 2019 is 2 months away. If you know what service means, you'd make an exception. Than I found a different vehicle, cheaper and older. Now I am denied supposedly becasue I dont have enough income. That shocked me! Just paid off a $750 per month Maserati and have no car loans currently. So Maserati that looks at your shoe size too to approve you, approved me for a $97000 vehicle, but not JJ for a $23000 loan with $400 monthly payments. There is absolutely no service, or knowledge about how to approach a customer, especially when you are going to be denied a small loan. There is no loyalty, not any kind of common sense, nor there is any appreciation that you are trying to give them business. It would be nice to hear a counter offer may be? Something like "we could approve you for $20000 or $17000 but totally denying a customer with a 3 word email as if he is not worthy of your time shows the level. There are many others such as Woodisde Credit, Credit Unions and couple of others in the east coast with lower rates so I'd say YOUR LOSS! Even when interest rates were 3% JJ was still at %7.5 regardless of your credit so currently almost all Credit Unions will finance all types of vehicles at 4.99% since I am now going to go with them. I only came back to JJ because of loyalty not because you are my only option.

The fastest I've ever been approved and on my way to pick up the vehicle. The contract officer always picked up the phone on the first ring and answered my questions with accuracy. I was caught off guard a little by what exactly I was responsible for in so far as exactly what they paid for and what I was to pay. I'm guessing it's on the website and I didn't slow down enough in my excitement. Still, it was as easy as could to be to work with JJ Best.

Over all they did a great job with my car loan this is my second loan with them. You have to stay on top of the process but they do a thorough job!

Found the car I wanted at an out of state dealer (1968 Camaro) called Lennie on a Monday morning to got the process going and the selling dealer received the check on Friday. They did what they said they would just like they claim on there web site and in less time than I ever expected.

BEWARE! They charged us $300 in "finance charge" for having the loan for 15 days, when supposedly they interest fee was 6.99%. Now we are trying to pay off the loan and they don't know who they even sold the loan to so we can't pay our loan off. On total they charges us $500 on a loan of $10,000 which included "finance charge", "closing costs". We called them and they said that they added the $300 in finance charge because we did not have the loan long enough with them, which we didn't because they chose to sell the loan to another bank. Nobody knows what they are doing, they are absolutely horrible to deal with.

They were very professional and pleasant. My loan officer, Brandon, was outstanding on getting me approved for a loan, which was fantastic to hear. All the forms were sent to me quickly, and we were able to get things wrapped up in under 2 weeks, and it would have been even faster if I hadn't been deployed. They were outstanding to work with, and I feel like I made a great decision. No pre-payment penalty for paying the loan off faster, which is great incentive to get the loan paid off and the title of your dream in your hand!

I was initially hesitant to go through J.J. Best because I thought their rates would be higher than my credit union. I was wrong. J.J. Best has competitive rates and the loan process was extremely quick and painless -- much more streamlined than my CU. Ryan made sure I understood J.J. Best's process and even found a way to lower my rate a few days AFTER I had already agreed to a higher rate. Ryan is always available by phone and responds to my emails within minutes ... even on weekends. The loan transaction has been completed for well over two weeks now and Ryan is still responding to me in the same manner as before. Again, I do not get this level of service from my CU -- glad I went with J.J. Best. As a bonus, I also obtained insurance through them. The rates were competitive and, again, the process was painless. And because J.J. Best regularly deals with the dealer I bought my vehicle from, I had Ryan and associates provide all the necessary information directly to the dealer. This made for an extremely smooth purchase. I will certainly use J.J. Best again and will recommend them to others.

JJ best Banc made it clear that they only want the rich old guy that doesn t really need to finance the classic car. They thought I was a joke with a 725 credit score so if you have anything less don t bother. They were too quick to be sarcastic on the phone and were not willing to even ask can you put more money down? Do you have any collateral? Rich dudes this is your place.
