My mother currently lives at The Pointe. Before moving my mother here, I researched a lot of other communities, however The Pointe was top notch. I feel safe knowing that she is in a wonderful, caring community that is attentive to her needs. The staff is wonderful and is always willing to go the extra mile for the residents.
We have been trying for over a year to get my mother in law in here. The staff doesn't call you or even return calls when you call then. They are terrible. We picked this location because it was closer to us, but if they are going to be like this, then forget it. Looking for something else.
The place is beautiful on the outside but when you go inside the staff is very rude, the management seem careless, the place was very dirty, the residents that I seen in their memory care unit had a lot of bruises on them and smelled like a nursing home. Take my advice and run from away from this facility and don t let your loved ones stay there!!!
Wonderful place!! Very clean and great maintained!! Very friendly Management and staff. Definitely will be recommended!!
The staff is very caring and the activities are great for the residents. The facility is very well kept and is constantly being updated. You can tell that the staff really cares about the residents and their well being.
