Sent me the wrong package after days of wait for it to arrive, then no longer selling the right after i ordered it. Pretty good customer service over all. Offered me a full refund and might consider buying from again if theirs no more miss handling and false advertisement of your items.

I bought a cell booster and it was nearly the cheapest I found anywhere other than really sketchy looking sites. Since Best Buy actually states the cell booster would've come from ITFactory I just got it direct from them. Kit works great and the package showed up the next day. Definetly using them again

IT factory is excellent to work with and the staff are always friendly. As a small computer business it is great to have them on my side for affordable software for my customers.

I have made several purchases from ItFactory. Those purchases went without a hitch. This purchase of Corel Fusion was poorly executed by this company. Took 12 hours for the download link to show up. Had problems with the software key. Their "support" could not identify the problem. Took several hours to find the solution on my own. The software itself continuously stalled and would not do batch file. Apparently that wasn't their problem and I was directed to Corel. They offered $5 off on my next purchase and were indignant through out. Major disappointment.

My antivirus had expired and I was shopping around for a new deal. Bought the Norton antivirus, single-license option, from ITFactory (cheaper compared to other places). Checkout was simple. Received the download link the same night (a Saturday). Didn't have to visit a store, no boxes or CDs to mess with. Software is installed and antivirus is up and running!

Bought the program, got the Key, got the Id, put them in the screen when asked, cannot access "activate software", so no good results to report. Tried chat and it was useless. Now what?

Aside from the great price, I was also pleasantly surprised at how efficient, friendly, and patient Lincoln and Anna May were with "computer not savvy me". I sent an e-mail asking for help, and Lincoln was on the phone with me within 5 minutes. You can't beat that for service!

Easy to download, easy to use. Quarantined 1988 files on the first scan. Didn't slow down the system or affect other applications I had installed. Scheduled a scan everyday to avoid all those nasty malware viruses. Great product.

IT Factory offered to refund my purchase even though they don't typically refund an electronic download. Was looking around for the cheapest price for Malwarebytes and a lot of users online recommended ITFactory. I decided to take a look on their website and their license key for 1 year was cheaper compared to other websites and even the Malwarebytes subscription page itself. Saved about $11.00. Didn't want to spend too much on extra added protection but with my history, it didn't hurt getting something on top of Windows Defender on my PC.
