I have made several purchases from ItFactory. Those purchases went without a hitch. This purchase of Corel Fusion was poorly executed by this company. Took 12 hours for the download link to show up. Had problems with the software key. Their "support" could not identify the problem. Took several hours to find the solution on my own. The software itself continuously stalled and would not do batch file. Apparently that wasn't their problem and I was directed to Corel. They offered $5 off on my next purchase and were indignant through out. Major disappointment.
