I am thoroughly impressed with Itfactory. I contacted them via phone and got immediate help. The salesperson helped me with the needed information. He gave me the option to purchase the adobe Photoshop either as a download or a physical retail box.

I did choose the retail box, and was surprised to receive it the next morning. I placed the order at 4pm and received the package 11am next day. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for software, as I found them to have some of the best prices and to top it off, they're Canadian.
