The software I wanted (Dragon Naturally Speaking Premium 13) was on sale here and such a good deal compared to anywhere else online, especially for Canada. I took the plunge and found it simple and quick to purchase from the website, receive the download link and install on my computer. No problems. Will keep an eye on this company in the future.
I rc'd the activation code by email. So that was easy. Also the download was easy as well. It'll say you have the "trial" download, but there is a button to click that allows the code to be entered. Took maybe 15 minutes from start to finish.

Response was quick: but the software installation instructions could be much better. The most important thing to know is that when I had an issue with installation, they actually called me within about 5 minutes of sending them an email. Issue resolved. Have been using ITF for several years, software licenses and downloads have always worked. Minor glitches: need to allow shopping cart to be reset to zero if need be, and be able to logout.
