I have been fortune to stumble across IT Factory years ago. For a small company we are always looking for not just great pricing for our software/IT needs but service that goes along with it. IT Factory has never disappointed. Always provided us with what we need at a such great price and customer service. They are located in another province from where I am located but I can tell you I get better service from them than the vendors I deal with in the province we reside in. When Im in a jam and need something quick they always come to my rescue, when I have issues and dont understand they are there to assist and help me out. Its priceless customer service that comes with a low price tag! Definitely recommend this company.

Purchased Downloadable Software Online. Best price I was able to find, and all receipt, links, and instructions to download software were sent to me immediately upon placing order. Perfect.

While I did find and get exactly what I ordered, the website was extremely difficult to use. It appeared to offer a guest checkout but doesn't really, have that option. While I admire that they verified my email (I tried to sign up via gmail, they then requested another email and the only one I have was my work, where they then sent my personal product key to my work email for them to record where several others could access it) While I doubt anything wrong happens due to that it opens up the potential and that I very much dislike.

Quick and easy online shopping where I get my anti-virus software for cheap. Much better prices than pretty much anywhere, and a good selection.

First time purchase from ITFactory. The product key for the antivirus purchased was in my email the following business day after purchase. Activated fine using the official installer. Much cheaper than any other online venues.

Found this company to have awesome customer service. I purchased software on their website and realized I choose the wrong delivery method. I emailed their sales email address and withing a few minutes I had a reply. The I had a phone call from a representative . He said no problem to change to a download. He said I would need to register as a customer but he did it for me. Within a few more minutes I had my download. Did not expect to get replies so fast OR to even be able to change my order. Purchased a Ubiquiti Amplifi HD Kit from ITFactory.ca. Best Buy's price was much lower but of course, they never have any in stock. Easy to advertise a lower price when you don't have to deliver. ITFactory's price was better than everywhere else and they had stock.

for 3 months i was trying to get a canon photo here in newfoundland and it see like i was getting the run around , so one day i check out on line to see oh sell the canon printer 2000 i called IT Factory in Montreal,QC and ask about the printer and told her what kind of info i needed , in 2 days i had everything i look over the info and call ITFactory 2 to 3 times and the service was mind blowing , it seem like they you knew them for years so i ordered the printer and 10 days later the photo printer was at my door and know i am making money with the printer and NFLD dealer still never return my calls , Thank you ITFactory for the really nice service and i will be placing more orders soon ,

They responded immediately and personally in a phone call to tell me that the model I had ordered was out of stock, but they would send me an upgraded model at no additional cost. Purchasing went fine. Did not receive my serial number or a download link via email until I went to the chat line, then I got what I needed. They need to separate the serial number from the ID as well, because that was confusing as well. The program itself is great.

I find buying licenses and software with ITFactory great, They are always fast I've had times I needed licenses on the weekend and I figured when i ordered on Sat I would get them on Monday but a couple hours later I get them in my email thanks I really appreciate the speedy service

It was a great experience buying from them as the person I was dealing with advised me that the product I was selecting was not the latest version and also that I was paying more for it. This is something not everybody will advise but it is definitely quite helpful for me and I would recommend their services.

They sent me a link to a trial version first to make sure I didn't have any integration issues before I made a purchase. They included easy options for purchasing if I was satisfied with the upgrade. Bought Quickbooks Pro but the download did not give me the option of keeping the old program and started off by uninstalling the old program and installing the new program. Not all my clients are up to date and I need to carry multiple years in order to work with clients using multiple years of quickbooks.

1st time buying software from the site. Better price point and works like a charm. Download code sent the next day after they processed my credit card payment. Will do it again for sure.
