I am not the most tech savvy person on this planet...

I am not the most tech savvy person on this planet. I purchased a program and realized I didn't have the right equipment to run it. IT Factory offered to refund my purchase even though they don't typically refund an electronic download. What I appreciated even more than that, was they gave me other options so that I could run the program! Jamie helped me out and was super helpful and sent me a bunch of info to get me started. I had purchased this on a Saturday evening and fully expected to wait until Monday to hear from someone, but within 20 mins of my email on Saturday night, I received a response. I had never heard of IT Factory before and this was my first purchase with them. I will absolutely be using them again!
