First time buyer. I'll be honest I had never heard of them. but the price was too good to pass up on a software that I needed. The most important thing to know is that when I had an issue with installation, they actually called me within about 5 minutes of sending them an email. Issue resolved. I know for a fact that many would not have bothered or at best would have sent me a generic email. I will buy from them again.
