Excellent customer service and competitive prices on products! I purchased a download and when it didn t arrive in my mailbox within an hour, I contacted the company. The customer service rep responded right away turned out I had entered my email address incorrectly. She fixed the issue immediately (and this was on a Sunday afternoon) and I received my download by email shortly thereafter. Price of product that I purchased was lowest in Canada. Highly recommend ITFactory!!!
