hello. the reason i have rated u a 2 star because yesterday i ordered bitdefender download version security plus 2018. i have not received it as yet. I only have minimum security now as I deleted my old one to install my new one which I never got. Can u pls send me by download my order ASAP. Then i cud give u a better rating. tks Ken
