Found this company to have awesome customer service. I purchased software on their website and realized I choose the wrong delivery method. I emailed their sales email address and withing a few minutes I had a reply. The I had a phone call from a representative . He said no problem to change to a download. He said I would need to register as a customer but he did it for me. Within a few more minutes I had my download. Did not expect to get replies so fast OR to even be able to change my order. Definitely using them again
