I had to call regarding a problem paying for my purchase (I need new glasses - was putting in the card number wrong!) and I was answered by a human being who was able to give me a number of solutions to try and I was told to call right back if they didn't solve it. Owing to my mistake it didn't get solved, called back and was helped directly. Great customer service!
