Great ambiance and food. Not all people speak English and Hindi

There's a tangible changes from the previous undertaking Adyar Park. The hotel as usual is elegant. Food served was disturbing. May be different chefs.

Great place to stay. Excellent service. Don't miss the exceptional food.

Also popular as adyar gate hotel or park sheraton, it has recently become crown plaza so please don't get confused..the night club was earlier known as Dublin had been rechristined as great Gatsby...the food in their restaurants is good and service is great but the team does carry some air and attitude about themselves...the rooms are spacious and some rooms also have massage chairs..

Superb Hospitality.... Nicely setup rooms.. helpful staff... Nothing much negative till now..... Haa may be I should say that the speed of response could be improved. I had to remind a few times for things missed. I checked in quite late around 1:00am which could be one reason, being short staffed late into the night. No hard feelings hence. Thanks

Regular family joint. Good service good people good food . everything is good and only good

Valet parking not available, when wanted to park in owner driven parking was not allowed. Because some.imported cars parked in front and behind. This is not acceptable. U can't ask your guests to park outside if u have parking available. Same British era policy. Will not entertain this hotel again

Meeting rooms could be more cleaner and reception staff more helpful to swipe the lift to reach the floor where the meeting room is.

The best thing one would notice at crowne plaza is it's luxurious environment. The overall ambiance at the hotel is just perfect for any occasion. Talking about the cuisine it's kinda mixed but lacked some of the local flavours. Overall experience is good.

Not as it used to be. Good location but no proper person at the gates to lead to entry.

Very cozy place and at the heart of the city. South Indian filter coffee is very good here. The night club is OK. The king's suite is awesome.

Stayed at this Hotel between 7 and 10 January 2019 as part of the 2019 Anglo-Indian Reunion. Comfortable room in the new section. Food in the restaurants was very good and the staff were very accommodating and courteous.

I went here for an interview for one of the leading MNC and I must say the way they are maintaining this hotel is appreciable and food is super

What a wonderful place to stay. All the facilities are inside this hotel itself. Clean and well maintained rooms. Awesome dishes with high quality and taste. Customer Service is fantastic. Experiencing the stay here will sure be memorable for ever. Many function halls are available within hotel. Have to maintain.

I was on a business trip recently and for that purpose hotel is good. Not too far from Airport. 15 min drive to Marina Beach for morning walk. Good spread of breakfast and amenities.

Still Dampness is there due to lockdown..
Else Bed & Food was good

Foods are all ok . Fruits variety are less and simple.

Erstwhile Adayar Park Sheraton. Food quality and service was not as good as before.

The rooms are in a very bad state . Especially the old wing . The prices are too high for the condition of the rooms. The rooms are worn out and in a very shoddy condition . There are no health faucets in washroom etc. Including the front desk staff are not accomodating to our requests. Kindly check the rooms before making payments to the hotel .

Valet parking service is good. Hall looks Classic & Food menu was veg & served well. Toilets meet its class. In whole, value for money.
