This used to be a luxury hotel. No longer. No fresh investments. Earlier once they had asked me to pay though they had instructions that bill should be sent to company. It happened again to another colleague last month. Water in swimming pool does not appear to be changed regularly. It is shaped like recreational pool. I haven't seen people using the pool. Barber isn't available most of the time. The Gym is small and the equipment is very old. The restaurants and service are very good. ITC has opened a new hotel in Hyderabad. I will try it out next time.
