I'd stayed at ITC Kakatiya on 14th and 15th of Feb...

I'd stayed at ITC Kakatiya on 14th and 15th of Feb 2018. Since the room I'd booked was unavailable I was given an upgrade. The ITC is located on the Begumpet main road, opposite to the Telangana chief minister's residence. The approach to the hotel is good and around 45 min to 1 hour drive from the airport. The room was a double bed room with a TV, mini bar, bath tub, computer/reading table, and few more amenities. The room was clean and ready by the time I checked in. The room assigned to me was a smoker's room and I'm a non smoker. When I complained about the smell of cigarettes the room was immediately cleaned and purfume was sprayed to make me comfortable. The service is good and prompt. I'd requested for food to be served to the room and as promised the food was delivered, on time, on all occasions. There are variety of foods available from south Indian to North Indian to continental. And breakfast and lunch menus are served 24/7.
