Nice hotel with good ambience. guest friendly staff

This is the very costly place, unfortunately, they won't accept credits cards for payment check in time is 12noon and check out time 2 pm.but cost wise this place only for rich persons they I felt good expect payment issue.single room cost per night 6794INR

Went to Kebabs & Curries last week - the service and the attitude of the two gentlemen there SUCKS!!!
The two gentlemen there couldn't care less for your presence there, yet as it was not so crowded they gave us an 'audience' and seated us - then forgot about us and we had to flag them down several times before we were noticed again - the ONLY saving grace was the awesome biryani, shahi tukkda and kulfi.
Then we made another mistake - we decided to go again yesterday: had not booked a table thinking it was a week day; and we got the ROYAL SNUB again!! But this time the two gentlemen there took it to another level of dis-respect - first they did not acknowledge that we were in the small waiting area - looked thru us, we noticed some party was on, so thought the other gentleman at the end was setting tables for us - NO!!! he came out and asked us to go to DAKSHIN the next door resturant instead - when we showed our displeasure he asked us to be seated outside.
The Reception did not give me form to fill in my written complaint.....needless to add we walked out of the hotel itself!!!!!

One Of the Richest Hotels In Hyderabad With Great Hospitality. Interiors Are Amazing. They Have Nice Restaurants Inside. There Is a Handicraft Store As Well. Rooms Are Clean And Well-Maintained. Prices Are Higher But It Is Worth It.

Pathetic food, i had gone there to celebrate my 10 th marriage anniversary niether they wished us nor gave us any cake. Did not accept adhar card as identity proof and had poor quality first aid. The band aid was not sticking at all.
