The property is nice and the staff is very courteous. Check for room opposite the lake and on higher floor

All employee are very friendly and all the needs of client's they are trying to serve but they love the hospitality as people know. I apriciate the Mr. Dinesh and Mr.abhijeey (GM) and FO exucative Miss.sonali & Miss Ruth. They serve us like a their family.
Love their service keep it up.

It provides good services. Sadly the net is a bit slow and the food isn't up to mark.

Superb services ,Nice Rooms and great food. Awesome.Only issue was WiFi which had only one day validity for two day stay. Keep Wifi accessible till checkout.

Came to the hotel to celebrate my father's birthday and the occasion was made extremely special all thanks to the lovely team at the Fortune Select Dasve. From the food to the rooms everything was done well. Special mention to the General Manager Mr. Avijit Chaturvedi for his kind hospitality, Chef Vishal Chandok for his culinary gifts and the Food and Beverage Service team for their efforts in making our dining experience brilliant. The management also made a kind gesture of gifting my father a bouquet of flowers. Really enjoyed our stay.

I liked the place and it's enjoyable.. Service is good.. Room is spacious and clean... Breakfast is good and has a variety of choices and it's light on your body.. Food is ok ok on taste and low on pocket..

They can always use a 24hours check in check out system as it makes no sense for 12pm check in and a 10am check out system...

The hotel can add few indoor games and other activities and also utilize the lawn space for some entertainment activities and attract more customers... As there are not much activities that people here in Lavasa can do specially durning 12pm to 5pm... There is a lot more that the hotel can provide in terms of activity, entertainment and make its customers feel that it's worth it..

The hotel is ok, TV in the room doesn't work and I miss western options on the lunch menu.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Room service and housekeeping is good. Food is good though a bit pricey. Breakfast was a good spread.
Staff at restaurant needs to be prompt and a bit more attentive. Hotel was not crowded, but it took a long time to checkin and checkout.
Hotel has a small swimming pool, carrom, TT, badminton and pool table. Also, a small library.
All in all, a decent short stay place.

Regarding LAVASA place - What a loss ? It seems that a sculptor has left its creation half way through. The once buzzing town has almost come to a stand still with the existing facilities/infrastructure getting destroyed with each passing day.

Hotel is good. I am surprised that wifi connection is provided for only 1 device per room. Breakfast menu was good. Dinner buffet menu needs improvement.

Worst ever place visited. Window doors are taped. In dinner we have just asked for Ice Cream and after 30 min waitress told us that she was busy.

Me and my audit team members (28 no.s) from Godrej & Boyce stayed in Fortune from 31st Mar 2016 to 3rd Apr 2016.

Following issues were observed.

1. Soaps were not changed on daily basis
2. Swimming pool will cost you 400 if you dont have swimming costume which i feel is cheap ways of making money.
3. Indoor games are not free
4. Most of our team members observed that the door was open after we came from seminar and at times the key was unable to open the door so we had to come down all the way to reception.
5. Swimming pool timing is limited only till 7.00 in the evening
6. No variety of non vegetarian food.
7. Bathroom has transparent glass so if my roomate is in the hall then he can she me watever i do in the bathroom. They have attached temporary slide to cover it but its not a good idea to keep it open.
8. Only 1 soap provided for 4 days and i had to share it with my other male roommate.
9. Shampoo got over but they never loaded with new one.
10. No free wifi

Rest all is good for the Hotel.

The place LAVASSA is over hyped and not worth going there.

No good spots and everything is super expensive here.

Avoid LAVASSA or keep it as the last option

Good place to stay and has nice meal options. Breakfast is the Best there.

Nice comfy place to spend a relaxing weekend. Food is just good and rooms are comfortable but need a little maintaining. But it lives up to it's 4 start rating.

Terrible place..not the hotel but Lavasa as a location has become like the remains of once flourishing city..one extra star to the hotel for their food which was amazing..rest lax staff n service..go there if u want absolutely NO people around..

Nice hotel managed by ITC in lavasa but lacks in providing lake view ..

Staff is pathetic. They don't care about the guest whatsoever. The don't know how to speak with the guest

The place is average for the amount charged. Everything is very expensive. The staff is pathetic including the reception staff.. they don't even provide you with a toothbrush kit. Language is a big problem here. Not sure which language they understand. Maintenance of the property is pathetic. ITC should really take care of the property and reconsider the rates charged for the services provided. V get better service at a much lower cost. Only advantage here is the pool which the kids enjoy. Not sure if it's cleaned on a regular basis .

Very good to stay if get competitive deal. Excellent breakfast and Jain Food also available

There were no hand towels in the two rooms we had booked. When called to ask for them, the question asked back was ?"Do you need them"? Had stayed for two nights. I was out the entire day returned back to my room at 3am on the second night only to find out that there was absolutely no housekeeping done in my room post the first night. Next morning when I asked why my room was not cleaned I did not get any answer for 2 hours. Only when I went down to check out the manager spoke to me and apologised. Quite disappointing for the 8000 rupees I paid for each night.

Worst hotel by ITC... ITC has gone so downgraded on services I didn't know

Not worth paying so much.. a little expensive..rooms are average.. breakfast menu is good and exhaustive. Not value for money
