I liked the place despite reading somewhere that ACs don't work in the rooms. But I didn't have any such problems. It has a nice pool but rooms are a little cramped. WIFI is paid mainly. One of the restaurants I think Chingari has nice North Indian options

Overall best stay in this hotel. This is located besides main lake of Lavasa. Room was clean and kept well. Staff is very cooperative and always seek to help you. They have two restaurants in the hotel with buffet plans. Swimming pool is clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast available with verity of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. They have kept mini bar in the room which will bill in your hotel bill amount while checking out if you consume anything from this. Candle light snacks available with extra cost outside the hotel.
About lavasa its best place for 2 days with the experience of foreign city. Reaching lavasa is hectic if you don t have your own vehicle. Cab charge 2000 from pune with extra 500 parking charges. There is no entry fee for person but for vehicle ( 200 for 2 wheeler and 500 for 4 wheeler as parking charges) Its costly city for stay, food or anything you buy. Also now a days its loosing shine. The musical fountain is under maintenance from last 2 years. but still you can visit for water sports.
Runs are quite spacious and cozy. Situated amidst the valley of lavasa. Food is good and tastier, variety of regional food can be further increased. The rooms can have better view of the nature, surprisingly i couldn't find that good views, though stayed here twice. Check out took long time pirivai due to twin sharing and apc packaged. Could not venture out since it was raining and otherwise sizzling most of the times.
Over all,i would say good to experience with.
Really ITDC has shown its worth in this area also where industries of this type are nonexistent.
Good food decent room but bit expensive for the quality of room
Staff is good, trying their best to create a decent experience for guests. Food is okay. However, property itself is old and very pricey, not value for money.

Location is awesome, room are ok, a bit old. Zodiac serves good food. Though the rain dance party was the biggest turn off as its open for public and music is played all evening. Very disturbing.
