Great service, stayed there twice, food could be better, especially desserts, north indian fare was really nice.

Good place to stay but in correct season. In summer the place can be boring because not many things to de around here.

Beautiful experience, the staff enhances the whole experience with their warmth and their hospitality. Beni at the reception, room service, house-keeping and security, all were so sweet and sincere in their concern and service, that it felt like home. The conversations were delightful as well. They go out of their way to makes us feel at home. God bless them.

Buffet is better than other hotels in Lavasa. Large selection of salads and deserts.

Had lunch in this hotel's restaurant "Earthen Oven" and it was really very good.

One time visit. Good relaxing place for the weekend. Homestays and hotels available. The city is all around the lake and at time the cost of stay can be way to expensive and not at all value for money. But can be tried once as a weekend get aways. Food options are limited either try the local shops run by the natives or the villagers there or if your hotel has anything. The restaurants run by the villagers is good in terms of quality and taste.

Great professional setup. Excellent view too. Very limited F&B options though.

They dont deserve one as well..Property on "oxygen", staff shout to his team in public. They are eagraly waiting for weekend and serve stored food during the week days. Flying mosquitoes !! Even they dont having walnuts in entier kitchen during week days.. Communicate wrong over the phone for meal and changes the word when you visit for having the meal. If you check in for foir bights then every morning you should ask for new password. Wi fi not working in there some of there own restaurants area. Swiming pool are not as per standard. The only plus point is the excellent location.

-Stayed for 3 days. Felt like made mistake selecting that hotel. Not worth as they charge and called them self 4 star place.
-Mosquitoes every where in the hotel.
-most of the staff unprofessional and untrained.
-don t expect same as they show in the photos.
- will not recommend fortune hotel and the place(Lavasa).

No guests and very limited options for food. I guess they maintain the hotel well only during rainy season

Awesome place visit especially in monsoon season. You can swim in a chilly atmosphere and enjoy the nature's beauty. Good place first, second or number of honeymoons.

Stayed at Hotel Fortune for 3 days, and had to admit the service, food, and other amenities were awesome. I enjoyed my stay at the Fortune Select Dasve, Lavasa.

Worst hotel I have ever seen!!!very poor service,tasteless food spoiled my weekend!Will never visit ever again

This is one of the best place you can visit for a big family function or a small office outing.
The property is lavish with some very scenic beauties ideal for Photography.
On our arrival to the hotel, we were greeted with welcome drink, post which were some check in formalities. A small briefing session by the our director as it was a official offsite followed by some lunch and some activities.

Food quality was very good. Taste was excellent.
The auditorium was not very lavish but was enough for a crowd of 130+ people. It is very good for DJ party though.

Overall loved the experience..in a limited budget.

Not at all good experience...worst hospitality...reception staff vry stubborn.Inspite of paying for the highest category room of their hotel...got building view room...instead of lake facing...means u pay the highest amt n get this view.On questioning the manager tld we work on first come first serve basis...that means we have to come to the hotel as early as possible in the same way as if we r traveling by some local bus or train...come early so u can grab ur seat....Is this the standard of a 4star hotel.Really disappointing....ruined our holiday

Its not too bad, but it's definitely not too good either. The place, Lavasa, itself is not a very good place now to visit. Lavasa management charges 500 for parking for a four wheeler, and it's compulsory. You have to pay it while entering, inspite of the hotel having its own parking. Weather is good here, but not many places to go for sight seeing. The condition of the hotel is bad from outside. Rooms are decent. Food is good. The hotel is functioning with bare minimum staff. They are helpful.

Beautiful location, clean rooms, overlooks d waterfront

Visiting Lavasa is like visiting a deserted town..most things are shut...the hotel provides bare necessities, not luxurious..staff is courteous but slow, the hotel has a bar menu but no barman, the swimming pool also wasn't very well maintained..though they permit using the pool till 7 in the evening..the area was very poorly lit. The food was good and the buffet had a decent spread. A not so well maintained hotel ( atleast not as per the ITC standards)barely functioning.

Stay was comfortable and the staff is courteous and helpful.

The pasta and Thai curry with rice are outstanding along with an extremely friendly and hospitable staff!

A bit expensive and a good place to stay. If you get option to book with meal then go for it because meal outside booking is a bit expensive. Very good connectivity to Lavasa s internal city market. Pool on the top floor is enjoyable is exclusively.

So I visited Fortune Select Dasve, the whole experience was so good. Everything from the hotel staff to the ambience was so warming. The hotel room was clean and the bedding was amazing.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Location was nice, not to close to the busy streets yet close to them. View from my room was awesome but it would be much better from higher floors i guess. Room was nice clean and specious and food breakfast / dinner was also good. Room rent felt a little over priced with around 7500/- per night.

Room Tip: Select the mountain view room on higher floor 3-5 floor.

The food is good. A good option when it is raining cats and dogs and you do not want to get drenched.

Fortune Select is the best place to stay in Lavasa and the rooms are well maintained and comfortable, prices are a bit high sort from that the hotel is the best place to stay.

This hotel is not maintained properly. Maybe because Lavasa is not getting much footfall since few years. But it's definitely not value for money.

Best property in lavasa, clean and comfortable rooms and decent food.

A step inferior to other Fortune Hotels, but not a deal breaker given the geography. Only if they increased their buffet spread!!

I'm here just for the brunch buffet. Service is good, worst part is all the bake items weren't fresh!

Fortune delivers what it promises. The only concern is the tariff which is a little on the higher side because of the secluded place which is lavasa with high tax rates. Is it value for money? It is up for debate
