Ambience of the restaurant is what youll find at most 5 star hotels; neat, organised and well suited for a nice meal. The food is very good and maintains the standard of the hotel. Service also very courteous and friendly, prompt and considerate as it is supposed to be and I am very content. Overall it was a very good experience and would recommend to go there once.
I'm a ex-employee here(FNB service),left my job after proper clearance..but didn't get my last month salary till date..I have called several times to accounts department..but everytime.MR. Satya Bhushan Nayak..tells a new excuse to me..

Paid quite steep rates for the room. But hotel was nice and service was good. Good option in Dasve.

We were 2 couples had booked 2 rooms 2 night 17 Aug checkin and 19 Aug Checkout 305,307 which we paid 10,000 per couple per night for 2 nights which comes to 40,000. While checking out one receipion guy ask us sir I think so your kid had taken towel in bag i told them it was taken to swimming pool.i was shock becoz after paying 40000 and 2500 for smirnoff vodka from hotel that guy is asking for towel.even they charge extra if you want to play Pool(indoor games) first time seen this type.i had applied for membership card however I don't think so would go again if this type of services is provided.NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
The property needs maintenance. Conveniently located. Checkout and checkin could have been better. There was an issue with room service but the duty manger Amandeep resolved it. He took care that the rest of our stay was comfortable.

Fortune Select has the best location in Lavasa, overlooking the Promenade and the lake, as that's the only area where there's some activity. The property is well maintained, courteous staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean, can use a little airing and are showing signs of wear. We arrived sharp at 12pm and luckily got upgraded to better view room than what we had booked. We dined at their in house North Indian restaurant which served delicious food. Breakfast was decent. Check out was quick. A good place for couples as well as family. Price for everything is little on the steeper side though we got a great deal
So I visited fortune last month ...It was great experience..I love the food, service, ambiance..
We as a family visited thos hotel on Sunday. Hotel was almost empty. We had asked for GST bill. They took money but not provided. After continuous followup for a month they still not provided invoice.
Swimming pool is good.
But other features which they take charge are not upto mark.
Overall mix experience. Good to stay but if u need complete package for which you pay then be causcious.

Not many recreation activities in the hotel for kids. Food is excellent. Swim Pool is nice. Carrom Chess and TT are complimentary. However, snooker table is chargeable.

Service was good. Staff was courtious. Food was awsm. But they need to work more on the maintenance of the rooms and property as a whole.

An ITC hotel without food, water and temperature control.
Here at the so called 4 star property Fortune Select, following are my observations..
While we did a late check-in at 1am, the 24/7 Zodiac restaurant was closed. The only option in the in room dining was a pasta and a sandwich.
This is a first ITC property where I could see a centralised temperature control not working, instead there was a Intex split AC preset at 16 degress and ofcourse the remote could not be seen anywhere in the room. So pretty much unusable.
There was NO hot water for shower. With shower curtains missing, water spilled in the room! So be ready for a cold shower if you a doing a late check-in..
Breakfast in the morning was also very average, the only saving grace is the live kitchen counter.
To conclude, when we go to a prestigious property like ITC Hotel, it is only because we need a peace of mind. A holiday we can remember, this one was greatly a nightmare, where we were left without food, water and of course a room with out temperature control.
Oh their breakfast spread is the best..the rooms are clean and extremely good staff..

The hotel is not upto the mark of ITC hotels. It has poor management and the services provided by hotel are nowhere near the other fortune hotels. This hotel just banks upon the ITC name otherwise it's services are worst than 3 star hotels. The location of the hotel is good, but when it comes to the services and treatment of the guests the hotel is poor in that department. The hotel's food is also not upto the mark. The hotel is lead down by lack of staff and total mismanagement. Totally disappointed by the services and I don't plan to visit this hotel again when I visit Lavasa.
Visited Fortune Lavasa and had a buffet over there. It is such an amazing place. Even the ambiance was awesome.

This is a nice hotel. The service is nice. Even tehy have a gaming zone. The buffet here is also good. The rooms are good but could be more great. Still fun place to come and stay with friends and family.

Yes, it's a luxury hotel and the staff are extremely professional and friendly. Other reviewers can describe that better than me. But the thing my wife and I enjoyed was the central location: we were in close walking distance to many useful things in Helsinki--Senate Square, the train station (which is also the main hub for most trolley and bus lines--e.g. the Finnair bus to the airport), the harbor and Market Square, plenty of shopping (the Stockmann deli was very useful for coffee and breakfast!). Also, the gym is quite good and even has a rowing machine.
Room Tip: our room was very quiet and we heard no noise
Though Lavasa is going through it's own bad phase and is not the same as it was 3 to 4 years ago.
But fortune was a saving grace for us ! Well maintained property!
Was out on monsoon drive with family. Great place. Food was very tasty, ambiance fantastic and service excellent. Overall a good place to visit on weekends...
