A disaster! I try to renew my passport since the end of February when my son was born. And everything is a lack of control, they tell me to register the baby to be able to renew it but they do not even explain how to do it.
I need it very urgently and there is no way to help you.
After collecting info with people who have already done it, I have sent everything by mail and a month later they tell me that they have received it without further ado. Not giving me an appointment or anything.
We are desperate because we have to travel in summer outside of Europe and not even presenting myself at the consulate physically we receive the documents.
We do not know what else to do.
We have also called the 807 that appears on the web, spending 18 on the call and even with that they ignore us.
