I put a star for not putting a 0! I do not understand how a country can allow such a consulate in Barcelona !! How can you afford to be so unprofessional? You leave people without any kind of attention. The previous appointment does not work, without an appointment you can not enter the consulate, nobody informs you of anything or helps you. This is a lack of control we should make a joint complaint, they take our hair!
