Attention a bit sharp, I live in Valencia and I had to travel to Barcelona just to stamp my finger spending on food, diesel and not to mention tolls about 400 and a 800km drive in the same day. I hope that the next renovation in 10 years from now can make the renovation in Valencia.

It has been a year I am trying to get my AIRE registration.
They make it impossible to do this personally without an appointment, but they don't give any directions on how to get an appointment.
I followed their instructions online and I haven't received any answer or feedback after 1 year and multiple attempts.
It is a shame, people should know about this disservice.

The treatment and neglect they have with citizens is a disaster. It would seem that they forget that they are public officials and their responsibilities as such. They take you to the extreme of anger and fatigue. In my case, I processed my passport renewal in May and there is still no news. I wrote emails and they do not answer you. The contact payment phone is not expensive, but the staff is not trained to give the corresponding answers. Bad service: the application for registration to AIRE sent in March 2020 and still nothing (October 2020). Under the Covid excuse, they work even less than they already did. Scandalous! All the private companies have found a way to keep working and also to run factories, but their poor are unable to read two documents from home.
